The facilities and cleanliness are very good. It has a beautiful terrace. It has a friendly and understanding team. The location is perfect.

The location is very good and convenient. The room is large and equipped with a kitchen. There is a washing machine but it cannot be used. The overall environment is that of an old house being renovated. The people at the front desk are quite enthusiastic.

Home is in great location , nearby parking lot and istiklal street. Approx. 150 sqmeter and have all needs such as oven, galley equipments, hair dryer , washing machine , iron etc. We stayed 4 people and really enjoyed home.

Awesome location and beautiful apartment!! The grocery next door was super convenient. The space was huge and countless shops and restaurants directly outside the front door. The heated floors felt amazing on colder nights. We even chose to extend our stay in Istanbul due to how much we loved this apartment! Thank you Pera Residence!

This is my third stay here. I highly recommend this place. Exceptional values and great service 2 bedrooms with fully furnished nearly 1600 Sq ft space compare that with your typical hotel room with 240 sq ft... Kitchen, refrigerator and balcony... 5 stars.

We live staying here. Great experience, large apartment, new and clean, well maintained, good communication and service. Nearby restaurants and vibrant neighborhood. Istekal street, Taksim Square and Galata tower all in short walking distance. We are returning back to Istanbul again from another cities and will rebook here again.

Pera Residences was an outstanding place for our family vacation to Istanbul. 50m from a Taxi stand, 100m to Istikal, and surrounded by local restaurants, grocery and night clubs, we were always able to get to anything anyone wanted to do. Serdar reached out by WhatsApp the day before our arrival and accommodated an early check in and holding our bags on check out. He reached out to us every day to ensure we had what we needed. Very professional. The apartment was large and we'll furnished with a small balcony. The kitchen had most of what you would need to cook a simple meal to eat in. Showers were delightful.

The only flaw was the humidity that came out from above the window. For the rest excellent location, excellent staff, very good structure
