I was not impressed. The front desk staff was very nonchalant. The room had disgusting sticky floor and stain marks over the table. There was nothing special about this place. Felt more like a run down hostel.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera doppia con 2 letti matrimoniali ,sorpresa l'albergo non ha camere doppie .ci hanno dato un altra camera siamo stati divisi dai bambini.Per tre giorni non abbiamo avuto asciugamani per fare la doccia la carta igienica mancava ,l'ultima notte ci hanno fornito i asciugamani .le camere minuscole le pulizie minime ,la colazione solo te due fette di salame un pezzo di formaggio cetriolo e un mezzo pomodoro e un uovo .2 caffè e due tazze di latte 7€ ,hanno detto che non è compreso nella colazione . Lo spacciano per albergo 4 stele ma non vale neanche una , se non forniscono neanche le cose essenziali. Spendete 10€ in più e non v'è ne pentirete

Начну с + Наличные горячей воды, на этом все . Отель вот прям дно, чине понимаю как он вообще существует, он хуже дешевого хостела . Уборка отвратительная ( просто заправляли кровать и все ) Полотенца не меняли Номера грязные , прокуренные , с запахом канализации, ужас 😞 Завтраки однообразные, персонал ест вместе с гостями , чай в бумажных стаканах…. Очень подумаете прежде чем бронировать!!!!!

WARNING!!!! Do not stay at this property! I’m unsure where to begin but il try. Firstly rooms are the size of a shoebox, nothing like the photos. The rooms are dirty AF! We arrived and didn’t stay the first night as we were that disgusted, we had an extra night at our other hotel so we stayed there. We checked in the second night and as soon as you walk in you can feel the unpleasant aura. No pillow case on one of the beds. Half used toilet paper. Holes in the walls, couldn’t close the balcony door. Side table was broken so they tried to hide it by turning in the other way around. Carpet was dirty and severely stained along with the other side table. The toilet seat was also broken along with the drain in the shower. There were also holes in the bed head that were covered up with paper. There was a kettle with no coffee or tea and one paper cup for god knows what. We asked for pillowcases as soon as we got there and never got them. All in all management don’t care, they are FKN rude and basically just want your money. Definitely not a 4 star, more like a 2! When we did complain about all of this they tried to say it was end of busy season and they usually do the repairs when it’s low season which is utter BS! The hotel is falling apart and it’s vile in the extreme! I wouldn’t stay there even if it were for free! Shame on the management for scamming people! Luckily Wotif refunded us half of what we paid as they were ignoring their emails. STAY AWAY PEOPLE
