Very welcoming staff and manager, they change our room without any problem and gave us a room with big window and balcony. They are very polite and friendly, highly recommended for those who looking for strategic and good location with 1 min walk access to Metro station and all the shops you need is around with only one station distance.

Whilst still clearly a budget hotel, you will struggle to find a better one at this price point. The friendliness, helpfulness and English language skills of the hotel staff were most welcome. My economy room was indeed very small but the bed was comfortable, the aircon worked and the bathroom was better than I could expect. A couple of minor quirks but nothing to sweat about if you just need somewhere to crash. The location is a couple of minutes walk down a small side street from Osmanbey metro in what I thought was a safe area. Reccomended.

Cozy hotel with a local vibe. I was staying there for 1 night and I wasn’t disappointed! If you are tired of modern hotels that all look the same, this is definitely your choice. Great location. Note: The place has issues with accepting credit card. A renovation for beds, shower head and a water tap wouldn’t be unnecessary. Wi-Fi may not work.

All the positive comments you could see for this hotel are true. The only thing I want to add from my side is that this hotel staff doesn't try to provide you with just a service. They really care about you as their family guest. It means a lot as for me

Останавливалась на одну ночь, (была вечер и пол дня в Стамбуле между рейсами), соотношение цена=качество, то, что стоит отметить в первую очередь, ожиданий у меня не было и мне все понравилось. Уютный, теплый номер, окна выходят на улицу, где тихо, что очень приятно, администраторы Надя и Омер очень хорошо говорят по-английски, все очень приветливые и идут навстречу, попросила оставить вещи в номере на час после выезда, очень хотелось хоть немного посмотреть Стамбул, в итоге опоздала, заблудившись)) Омер мне очень помог, вызвал такси в аэропорт, (благодаря чему я вообще успела в аэропорт), дополнительной платы за номер у меня не взяли, и очень приятно проводили меня домой) благодарна этому месту

Our stay was amazing, everything made easier by the lovley staff who were helpful beyond comprehension. The interior itself is lovely whereas the location is perfect. Our room was cleaned eveey single day. I felt like part of a family rather than just a guest which made me extend my stay 3 times already. An absolute gem!

That was my worst hotel experience. Room were already dirty, broken things and more. I just counted hours to move somewhere else. Be sure , rooms doesn't look like on pictures they show you.
