I reserved the deluxe room with lake view they gave me a regular room with no lake view and didn’t bother to change it until i had an argument with them. They gave me the room after two days i asked for compensation They gave me a free breakfast i never asked for

The guys at the reception could be a little more attentive, they seem to be there by force. It was a bad stay for me.
