居住的房間還不錯。 服務挺好的。前台經理會告訴你去哪裡玩 提供地圖。 早餐總類豐富。 因為是冬天去 所以早餐都在室內。夏天的話 在室外吃早餐 望着大海 感覺會很好

Magnifique Palace !!
C était absolument parfait ! Accueil chambre, service, restauration, spa localisation est parfait pour tout visiter Istanbul ( Je conseille le taxi bleue Il est top )

這是一家在伊斯坦堡老城區的酒店，環境非常優越：靠近索菲亞大清真寺、蘇丹清真寺及大巴扎等景點（都是步行可達），同時地處海邊，特別是登上酒店的露台後放眼望去，美景盡收眼底。然而酒店的主樓（我入住時被告知被自動升級到了主樓）的設施卻讓人大跌眼鏡！從二樓去向三樓的樓梯旁的牆上不斷滲出水滴，可以説是流成了“河”了（店家在樓梯上鋪上了毛巾，都徹底吸飽了水，不斷向下流淌，令人驚愕….）。最糟糕的是，第二天一早起床，發現沒有熱水，後被告知要到下午才有可能修復。不僅是本人，還包括一大批在國外養成了早上洗澡的住客，對着店家不停地抱怨，卻也解決不了什麼事，也不肯補償。我下一次決不會再住那裡了！最後評價一下他們的早餐，衹能算作乙等吧。
