部屋はとても清潔でした。スタッフの方もとても感じの良い方でした。
ガラタ塔徒歩圏内で立地も良いのにも関わらず、料金はお手頃でした。

Hallo, also wenn man die Lage beachtet ist es sehr gut.
Zum Zustand von Hotel eine reine Katastrophe, es gibt laut angebot ein Zimmer Service der aber bei uns nie im Zimmer war, seid Tag 1 gleiche Bett Wäsche und Handtücher. Nachdem wir an der Rezeption nachgefragt hatten wegen Zimmer Service und Handtücher hieß es wird gleich kommen aber es kam die ganzen Tag nichts, also sind wir nur 1 Duschen gegangen in 7 Tage Aufenthalt.
Zimmer sehr dreckig und mit genommen. Überall sind schimmeln, Duschrinne und die Wand in der Dusche kaputt.
Kann es nur jemanden empfehlen der nur abends kurz zum schlafen da ist.

Good clean rooms, convenient location to Gallata tower, and transit to other tourist sites. Excellent value for money. Kind, friendly, and very helpful staff. We ended up having travel problems and the staff made a room available for us to stay longer at the last minute, as our travel plans kept changing. Thanks so much. 10/10

It was good stay; the front desk was there to help out whenever help was needed. Were really responsive when we had questions.
