The location of the hotel is nice. Near Galata Tower. However, I did have problems with the room the there was water flowing out of the faucet and also from the ceiling. The receptionist was very kind and agreed to move me to a better room.

The hotel is on the top hill, close to Galata tower. The staff is very helpful. He helps us to carry heavy luggage to the room. We are an old couple. He changed the room on the low floor.

the location is good, and the staff are friendly. but the room is much smaller than the picture in the advert, which was a bit of a disappointment. they also put me in another building away from reception, and none of the sockets worked. i had to go to the other building at night to fix them. the shower was terrible. on the last day i didn't even want to shower to have to use it. cold, not enough water, water splashing everywhere.

إذا طلبت سياره أنت و الأهل او الأصدقاء ماتجيك الي موقع السكن لازم تطلع على الشارع
وذا فيه احد معه كبير بالعمر لايقربه ابد لأنه رقيه وصعب الدخول عليه
وحجز عن التطبيق لا شخصين و سرير فردين
يوم وصلت قالو زود عشان تأخذ فردين ولا مافيه

Условия страшные, отношение свинское, я
и мо друзья, брали 3 номера, в одном окно вывалилось в руки, в другом плесень в ванне и туалете. В третьем нет света
Не портите себе нервы. Настроение и отдых, ни в коем случае сюда не приезжайте
Фото не соответствует действительности, они из другого отеля

位置就係galata tower後邊！基本上行一段路就去到獨立大街！百幾蚊一晚來講設施上面唔算係非常豪華，但係性價比極高。基本上應該有嘅都有，工作人員都非常熱心，有幫我搬到行李非常之感恩！
附近可以行一段路下便可以搭船，然之後有交通工具做直播，但係美中不足就係如果行李比較重嘅話搬搬抬抬有點唔方便。嗰個位call車唔容易會俾人加價！
