After staying in another (more expensive) Nisantasi hotel, I decided to check into this more affordable one. The neighborhood was run down and visibly very poor, with no store nearby besides a tiny grocery store on each side of the hotel. Vue from the room was miserable.
The hotel itself was decorated nicely but the reception area was extremely dark. The suite was overall pleasant and larger than expected, with two burners, and a small fridg' (partially dirty tho), and no microwave.
On my last day I asked the reception to order me a taxi to the airport. I was told it would cost 600 Liras - totally fine price, but the receptionist then told me that I had to pay him and handed me an envelope. I of course vehemently refused to agree to his request. I truly think he was setting me up in order to pocket the cab fare and have me pay twice.

Staff was really nice. Room was clean. Lobby was clean. Close to market close to restaurants and shoppings. Even food delivery driver brings order to your room. WiFi working in room, plenty of electric plug, tv is working. Clean and shiny toilet/bathroom, plenty of water pressure. Every 2days new towel and bed sheets.

Odaların büyüklüğü çok güzel ama temizliği zayıf. Oda da bir divan var ama üstüne oturamazsınız, çok leke var . Silinmiş temizlenmiş ama o lekelerin görünmesi sizi rahatsız ediyor üzerine oturabilmek için reception dan temiz bir çarşaf istedik ve üzerine serdik.

Nice hotel with excellent fares and helpful staff. Located in Nisantasi with enjoyable nightlife & very close to Osmanbey. Although the hotel street has downhill and uphill roads, but it was tolerable. Kitchen facilities was absolutely useful Actually some building facilities need renovation like windows. Need to thank all the great staff especially the guy at front desk who helped us to find van taxi at early morning !

I was pleasantly surprised at this lovely hotel!! Reception is modern and clean and workers gonout of their way to greet and help you!! Our room was on the 6th floor and had a good view. Our room was really spacious and clean. There is plenty of storage and plug sockets It's really close to everything. The only negative about the hotel I would say is the walls between the rooms are sooo thin. When neighbours talk, it's like they are in the room with you! negative about the area is that its very difficult to get a taxi. However, I would 100% go back!!

We were in the apartment with 2 kids for 2 weeks. Every day was a hell. Room was at the road, the windows were SO thin. It felt like I was sleeping in the middle of the street because you could hear every one and everything. Household would only make the bed sometimes, not even everyday, didn't even change the sheets for 2 weeks! We had 2 little kids, my daughter dropped juice on the bed. They didn't change the sheets! And Pink princess shoes of my daughter magically dissappeared! Everytime when I arrived with my kids and the stroller, I would struggle at the entrance and the owner would only look at me and NEVER help. Disgusting place. I do NOT recommend this place.

L’hôtel est très bien situé et calme, les chambres sont bien entretenues et confortables et le service est de qualité. Nous avons eu une bonne expérience avec un personnel professionnel et courtois. Salih était le meilleur pour nous mais vraiment toute l’équipe a été très gentille et disponible.

Excellent location, superior management and cleaning staff. Rooms very comfortable and clean. The location is in the very center of the safest region of Istanbul and the hotel itself is very safe. Please be respectful of the staff. It is a family-owned and operated hotel and they take good care and deserve respectful guests.
