1. Cozy place with a small bedroom and a sitting room along with a portico that oversees the sea. Gulls regularly visit this place. 2. The views are worth the price. 3. The staff are quite helpful and accommodating. 4. The Turkish breakfast is appetizing 5. The hotel is nearer to almost all attractions.

This is a small hotel situated in a perfect spot in the older area of the city. Its excellent value for money, does a great breakfast and the staff are very helpful. If you want the top floor balcony room, be prepared to walk up 4 flights of stairs. Our room was great, couple of minor issues with fittings but other than that would highly recommend. For all the major attractions it's perfect.

Looking at booking, the photos say that it is a paradise while on site we realize that there is nothing to see. I booked two rooms for 6 nights, one view of the boulevard and the other view of trash can/staircase/cafe where people can easily see you because it's very close if you open the window. Another thing that is not mentioned: Breakfast is not in the hotel but in another one nearby, so you would have to travel via a dangerous path where there is no pedestrian passage. Work in the building next door which prevents you from sleeping and even waking up peacefully. Small and narrow rooms. The reviews we see on booking that say it's luxury but on site we understand very quickly that they're fake reviews. In short, it was a nigh**are. And to be fair also the location and the staff were good but unfortunately this will not improve your stay.

The service is lousy, I asked the staff a question during breakfast she was borderline rude she answered me with rudeness, the room with life on the trash can and a cafe opposite so zero privacy, the only thing that is good it's the location

A small family boutique hotel with traditional style. The first impression was great, the receptionist definitely tried to help with everything. The room is cozy, not all new but doesn’t matter. Small details and nice gestures, like the owner making me a cup of coffee to share after checking out, made my experience even better. Feels like home after only a few days! The location is great for all the attractions, 7mins walk from Agia Sofia. Breakfast is simple, not too much variety but in the hotel next door.

Simply beautiful place to stay. The room was spacious, super cosy and clean. The balcony feature was great and the sea views were relaxing. Hosts Kadir and family were incredibly warm and accommodating. Couldn't have stayed at a better place in Istanbul, look forward to visiting again in future. Thank you 😊

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Although the weather was not very good, it was great to take a morning walk by the sea 100 meters from the hotel. There is nothing to say about the location. Within walking distance to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, the Basilica Cistern and other historical monuments. Compared to other hotels in the region, the price is more affordable and the service quality is quite high. Rooms are small but clean and have very comfortable beds. Drinking water and tea and coffee making facilities are available in the room. Employees are smiling, caring and do their job with love and are always ready to help.
