When I entered the room, there was condom garbage on the floor. Nowhere in the room had been cleaned properly, there were still crumpled napkins left and right. The window of the room overlooked the pile of rubble. There is nothing to praise except that the room and water heating services are stable and the hotel is in a "central" location. I do not recommend.

I was there for five nights with my best cousin. Very near to taksim square , close to metro station.Good location to go to istiklal street specially at night was very near for coming back to the hotel.Room was cleaning every day,the only negative point was the light. It was so dim. Staff were so friendly & helpful. Thank you A Plus Residence.

Very bad hotel Rooms in the basement of the hotel with a view of garbage and sewage. How this thing got a hotel license! The Hotel isn't clean and the receptionist is aggressive I don't recommend it to anyone

Don’t book this hotel! If you want to save your money and nerves, while travelling to Estambul, it’s better to chose another option, there are other options in the area, better, cheaper and reliable. We booked this hotel via “booking”, the booking was confirmed by the hotel, we got a welcome message and we’re waiting for the check in. Less than a day before the check-in, the hotel suddenly sent a request via booking telling that there was a problem with a payment, it happens, so we sent the info about credit card again and contacted the hotel just in case to be sure that everything is ok. The hotel confirmed the reservation again, later the hotel just cancelled the reservation without saying any word. They don’t answer messages and call phones, I tried to contact them and booking support as well and they never answered. We had to look for another option less than a day before the check in, considering a high demand in July we were lucky to find another option for the same price but with a breakfast included and the amazing staff Don’t waste your time, money and nerves on it

Маленький тихий отель , район площади Таксим, близко фуникулёр до парома Кабаташ,метро и в пешей доступности стадион Бешикташ и дворец Долмабахче, параллельно улице Истикляль , для туристов не привередливых подойдёт ! Рядом улица Тарлабаши, но нас это не смущало ))) было все спокойно )
