I booked the hotel based on the booking rating and beautiful photos. When I approached the building (like a slum), I didn’t believe that this was my hotel. The room is small, the view of the road and the construction site, the audibility is terrible, but the main disadvantages are cleanliness. There was dust everywhere, the glass was stained with grease, the floor was dirty, the bathroom was dark and dusty, it was disgusting to touch everything. After an hour, I decided that I couldn’t stay in such a place alone. The door was locked with a regular key and did not look secure. I had to pay the cost of a night’s stay and go in search of new housing. The staff at the reception were polite and answered that they ‘understand’, but you’ll have to pay. In general, the hotel has nothing in common with the photo! A spoiled vacation and probably ‘objective’ reviews.

Close proximity to everything u need in Istanbul. Good service. Friendly staff. The tram station is within walkable distance. Behind is Taksim Square. To the left is Galata Port. Provided us with the transportation card to use during our stay.

Great location! A few minute walk from the galata tower, istiklal caddesi and the galata bridge. The room was fresh and clean and we had a really nice view. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would love to stay again and would definitely recommend!

It is a very well located hotel, close to the Galata tower, many restaurants and tourist attractions. The people at the reception were very friendly and helped us with transportation and recommendations. The rooms look remodeled, are a good size and very clean.

Me and my wife came for 3 days and we got the best service we've have imagined. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast and very close relation between staff and visitors. The great room service, friendly staff and very comfortable room is definitely a positive point. Önur from staff is an amazing person and helped us in many occasions. For sure we'll be back to this place in a future visit in Istanbul.
