Friendly staff ls from reception to cleaning and catering. Convenient location 5 mins walk to Taksim square and 9 mins walk to Havaist Airport bus terminal. Plenty of small restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Room rate is a bit high for average room, service, breakfast and facilities.

We found the hotel in a run down area of Istanbul.The location was ok for the tourist attractions.But to get there you have to trek down a near vertical road. Which means when you go out you have to try and climb back up. Not suitable for the average fitness.The place is old and run down the pictures are not accurate. Check in Was at 1400hr. 2hrs later room was still not ready. Awful place!! We left even Before getting our room key!! Plenty of better hotels in the area. Steer well clear

시설이 매우 구림. 다른 호텔과 비교했을때, 가격대비 시설이 좋지 않지만, 이스탄불 내에서 위치가 안전한 편이라고 함. 전반적으로 별로지만 루프탑 레스토랑 뷰가 좋아서 보통

We have been there 9 of us for the first time last week on this hotel, we all were surprised and didn’t expect to be treated from everyone there, reception, staff, owner, honestly I haven’t been treated like that for a long time, even though we had paid only for bed and breakfast we where allowed to use the terrace on the 7th floor any time we wanted, had a tea and coffee and they never said no to us for nothing. The rooms were clean every day, clean sheets and towels, they made sure we had a great time helping us to book places and anything we needed, when I go back to Istanbul this will be the only hotel to use, a big thank you to everyone there for making our holiday very special, the location also is amazing, I highly recommend this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Оплатили две ночи через местный агрегатор поиска отелей, никто не знает даже, где находится этот дворец «palace » ( надо же так назвать).. в грязном оплёванном месте находится вход в грязную обшарпанную дыру. Заселили в грязный, мерзкий номер с форточкой вместо заявленного окна sea view . Сказать, что были в шоке, ничего не сказать..мы приехали в два часа ночи, бежать куда- то уже не было сил, да и район здесь ночью достаточно опасный, на улице у нас чуть не подрезали сумку. Хотелось спать и больше ничего, но! Простыни и наволочки были грязные и в чьих-то волосах, такого в отелях я не видела никогда! Читайте внимательно отзывы, прежде чем селиться в отель. Никому не рекомендую

I was overall quite satisfied with my stay at this hotel for 4-5 nights.
Hotel is in a good location with plenty of amenities available locally.
Small issues here and there but not big enough to complain about in this review.
Bathroom quite small so if you are a bit big person. I would be concerned.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
