Excellent compared to cost. Very small hotel. The hotel is really clean, wonderful breakfast, and support staff are very good.

An exceptional stay! The breakfast options were incredible, offering a wide variety to suit every taste. Their assistance in organizing tours, providing directions, and recommending a reliable taxi company truly enhanced the experience. The standout moment was when my roommate lost her phone in a taxi, and staff member Hakan went above and beyond by reviewing the cameras and tracking down the plate number to help find it. Moreover, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment. Being conveniently located close to attractions was another huge plus. However, I’d recommend guests to be careful, especially during the evenings, when outside the hotel and if the area is not crowded. Every staff member, including Eyüp, Şehriban, Hakan, and the other two ladies whose names I unfortunately can’t remember, were absolute gems. Their dedication and kindness made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional service, genuine care for guests’ well-being, cleanliness, and prime location!

Bella struttura molto curata, ha una buona posizione per raggiungere tutti i punti d'interesse della Old Town, il tram T1 si trova a 5 min a piedi dalla struttura attraverso una salita molto pendente di 3 isolati, ma ad Istanbul ci sono continue salite e discese essendo su 7 colli. La colazione è stata buona, più turca che internazionale ma a noi andava bene. C'era il bollitore, delle tazze, the e caffè. La TV nn prendeva ma nn è stato un problema. Struttura pulita con il personale accogliente. Ci hanno fatto fare il check in verso mezzogiorno perché la stanza era libera.

Sehr nettes Personal , es gibt viele Hotels in Istanbul aber keins wo man sich dank dem Person ( Hakan und Eyüp) so wohl fühlt. Hilfsbereitschaft und ein familiäres Klima sorgen für einen perfekten Aufenthalt und einzig artiges Hotel Erlebnis.

Ottima posizione vicino a santa Sofia, moschea blu e Topkapi. vicini molti ristoranti. Unico neo eravamo al pian terreno e la stanza singola situata sulla strada era disturbata dai rumori.

Nice accomodation in a quit area but still at waking distance of Sultan Ahmet. Rooms were ok. Little bit hard beds. Friendly service and a good breakfast! We would love to stay here again!
