Mr. Don't bring anything but it is not right to collect it. Someone comes at 9:50 and after 5 minutes there is nothing left. I took a picture and will share it. The rooms are very dirty.

There are no words!!!!! But I'll try. Terrible, dirty, miserable place. The horror begins with a turn to the street, between the industrial premises there is a door to this barn. Don't look at the photo, it doesn't match, they are 100 years old! There is no kettle in the room. Dampness and cold. Toilet 🫣. I do not clean, do not change towels and do not take out the trash. We were unable to leave the hotel, because cancellation fee. Never, ever go there! The only plus: tolerable non-repugnant breakfast.

They reserved a room for us, we arrived and the reservation was not there...they told us to go to another one and finally it is an apar**ent attached to that hotel, number 22...not 20, everything dirty...a lot of noise, it cost us a lot of trouble later BOOKING doesn't respond, it's a shame they took us to a little room... we found ourselves unable to look for another one, there were 5 of us, all dirty... They sell a hotel... they show you photos of another one (elreydelhotel) and they give you a little room next door, all dirty... Bad area. They treat you terribly. Don't go there, don't be crazy, the reservation is there... You find yourself stranded in another country... They barely speak English...

Dirty, stained walls of rooms 104 and 105. Crumbling toilet, black fungal blooms on silicone around the shower tray. Damaged air conditioning housing inside the room. Generally dirt and muck. The only plus point was the clean towels and sheets. Breakfast completely unacceptable, no butter, all you could eat was nutella spread on bread (the bread itself was also poor). The service makes up for it, speaks good English. I do not recommend it, I will never go back there.

Unsanitary hotel!!!! Mold in the bathroom. Stained sheets, holes in the ceiling. Moldy socks in the cupboards. Electric wires hanging down. To flee!!!! Arrived there and seeing all this we demanded an immediate refund and we left for another hotel. Supporting photo!!!!

Of the pluses, only the location - the entire center within walking distance and low price. Everything else can be attributed to the minuses: rooms, cleaning, breakfast, employees, audibility, cleanliness (i.e. its absence) - everything is bad! I do not recommend the hotel, the experience is not very pleasant. Were in April 2019.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been in! We arrived at the time of check-in and, apart from 2 cats, there was no one at the reception, we waited 40 minutes until the guy came, went straight to the counter with a cigarette not extinguished and began to draw us up. Further, it turns out that our room is unsuitable (the roof leaked after the rains) and we were offered another hotel, we walked to it for about 15 minutes with all our things, but after waiting there for an HOUR, we are told that there are no rooms and you can go to a third hotel, or back to the first hotel, maybe they fixed the leak there. We came back, the room was almost finished cleaning ... There was a dubak in the room, there was a draft everywhere, because all the doors were wide open around the clock. The room itself is small, dark, the windows overlook the courtyard, where there is an extract from a nearby burger joint and the smell is appropriate there. Audibility 100%, at 11 pm admins and his friends/brothers love to play the guitar, you just have to listen to them. Administrators are always not in place, I had to constantly wait for them. At night, sometimes the door to the hotel can be closed and it takes a lot of effort to get through to let you in. The hotel itself is very uncomfortable, the spans are narrow, they are piled with things, towels, etc. For 4 days never changed the towels and did not clean. We saw breakfast only 1 time, because all the days it was never served on time, the place where breakfast takes place is the veranda and the temperature is like outside. In general, if you don’t want to waste your nerves and think whether you will be settled or not, it’s better to look for another place
