The location is great, 150 m from Sultan Ahmet. However; I can't agree with the room conditions. The toilet is leaking 24/7, the shower cabin has no door, the whole bathroom is flooded. TV remotes don't have batteries and also don't work. The handle of the shower mixer is broken. Towels and linens are old. The cleaning was done casually. Even though I didn't go inside with shoes, the soles of my feet were dark from "cleaning" :)) I think that's enough. I think the operators do an injustice to a venue in this location. Would I want to stay again? I guess, no...

It was an excellent with Safari suites. The rooms were clean as I stayed there for few days. It's is 2 minutes walk from blue mosque. Mini mart is just in front of the apartments. Ms. Evegeniya, the manager of the hotel is very cooperative and polite with a smile on her face. The restaurants are around and tram station is a walking distance. Overall it was a great experience and I strongly recommend these suites for stay. It feels like home.

I booked this apartment due to value for money and it's location. There wen't many that would cater for the size of our party (family of 7 including 1 toddler). Booking it was straight forward as well as confirmation. 24 hours before arrival we received WhatsApp message from host with entry details (main entrance and room entrance are via keypad code entry). If you're looking to stay in the Old part of Istanbul, this apartment was ideally located 5 mins walk from SultanAhmet mosque and a further 2 mins walk to the tram stop. Immediately outside the apartments is a mini supermarket for most conveniences. Plenty of places to eat from. We only had to contact the host once to request an iron and considering it's a serviced apartment rather than hotel, it was delivered very quickly. The apartment had a kettle and a microwave. A few minor let downs that might be quick fixes for the host: Shower cubicle needs to have somewhere to place soap/shampoo etc. Could do with some cups/glasses. TV - we could only get it to operate Radio Overall, very roomy, clean and excellent location and value for money. As for Istanbul, food is quite expensive (in tourist areas) whereas as bottled water is very cheap as it the public transport network.

The bathroom smelled, the curtains were torn, the other parts of the room were better than nothing, there were 4 rooms, there was no mini bar, there was no water in the mini fridge in the room, there was no coffee or tea, there was nothing, as it was written on the internet, there was no elevator, the place we went to called a suite hotel turned out to be an apart hotel, no registration was taken at the entrance, ID via WhatsApp. We were asked, they said there was a parking lot, the person looking after the parking lot took 200 TL because it was paid, there was no reception even when we checked out, we were told on the phone to turn off the lights, turn off the air conditioner, you can go, the transaction was made with 56.99 USD and we chose the largest room. Unfortunately, all the rooms were the same on the internet and small and medium were found on the internet. There were 3 large rooms. When we first arrived at the hotel, the cleaning staff greeted us. There is no card. The rooms are opened with a password lock. The cleaning staff said that all three were the same and we could move to the room you wanted. The prices of the 3 rooms were different on the internet. We chose the largest room online and the highest price was charged for all rooms. It was the same and it is a very bad hotel for the price. First of all, I would like to say that it is a shame for Tripadvisore to choose such a hotel for us since it is such a reliable site and I will never choose a hotel from such a site again. The room is nice and big . It’s a big family room with four bed. But there is no service man. Tv was not working and bathroom flash is also not working . There was a nice balcony. If they have service man then this hotel will be awesome. One of their problem is car cannot go infront of hotel .

The room size were really big and enough for big families. It needs the management to go to the room and find on fixing small things.The toilet needs commode needs properl cleaning as the toilet have a foul unbearable smell and luckily We booked only for one night.
