Rested in this department from 17 to 24 March. All liked it. Location, breakfast, rooms with heating, which is important for wet and rainy weather. Will we visit this hotel again - yes.

Really welcoming, warm and friendly staff. Varied and plentiful breakfast.

Rooms, services and breakfast are all good. But the bathroom is small especially the toilet area. We booked the family room, and I'm big size weighing 80kg and it is very squeeze to use thei toilet

Reception and stuff very welcoming.
Location is close to Metro and Tramvay.
House keeping is brilliant.
Breakfast is fine but when u use for alacarte there is not many option. Could be better menu and tastier

The staff were very helpful, but the rooms were fairly small. A big variety of foods on offer at breakfast, but with a Turkish emphasis.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the restaurant on floor 6 had excellent views and a good range of food options. The main complaint was that the rooms are generally small although we were able to move to a larger (but not big!) room for days 2 and 3 of our 3 day stay.

Wrong room given upon arrival when told them we were told no rooms available as they were full.
Entrance room given to hotel..
Noisy, no privacy, people looking in your room whilst passing. Had to keep curtains closed all day no daylight coming in. Had to upgrade 3 days later which wasn’t our fault but ended up paying 4 nights.
Will not be booking. Will be putting a complaint on too.
