Good for the money. The main thing is clean. That's the most important. Unfortunately there was a constant smell of smoke (coming from the bathroom), especially at night. Presumably one of the guests always smoked in the bathroom so as not to go out and turned on the ventilation and thereby spread the smell throughout all the rooms! Mom's room smelled exactly the same.
We didn't complain. You can't knock on every room and check...
Fridge was off.
The staff were helpful and nice
But you have to ask for room service to get toilet paper and empty trash cans. They don't come by themselves.

The worst hotel among the hotels I've stayed in. The rooms are cold, the air conditioning is not working, there is no drinking water in the rooms, when I asked for water, they directed me to the pastry shop next door, I went and bought it, there was no interest at all, I called before check-out time to ask if you were leaving yet, it is a very bad hotel, I do not recommend it at all.. It does not have a parking lot. Those who are sane will not go and stay

The hotel has a very good price/performance ratio. There is scrambled eggs for breakfast and the staff is nice. The rooms are clean and you can feel comfortable. I stayed in the hotel with my daughter for a week. It had to be cheap, but we also wanted to feel comfortable. I would book the hotel again. Huge subway station 3 minutes walk in all directions. Top

Had a 5 day stay at the hotel.
Good location within a few minutes from the bus stop and Aksaray metro stop. Lots of good local eating places surrounding the hotel and a Bim supermarket less than 1 min away.
The hotel was very nice with all needed amenities.
The room and bathroom was immaculate.
We had good Wi-Fi service around the hotel, in our room and in the lobby area.
The staff were always smart, attentive and helpful.
Shortly after arriving we noticed that the refrigerator was not working, we reported this and within the hour it was checked and replaced - nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff.
The hotel was constantly kept clean by the staff. A big Thank you to Ramazan, Kenan and Tuna for making our stay pleasant.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning .
