Ужасная гостиница! Фотографии не соответствуют действительности! Грязные номера, грязные занавески, несвежий ремонт, старая гостиница! Полное разочарование! Дорогие путешественники не выбирайте эту гостиницу. Полнейшее невежество персонала, да еще и обман! Ваш отпуск будет испорчен, если вы выберете эту гостиницу!

Last February we booked a room with balcony and when we arrived it didn't have balcony .When we arrived at the hotel the room was dirty ,window sills was full of fluff , the toilet was dirty as well it smelled like pee!! Mirrors were all smudged , under the beds was full of fluff , my pillow was dirty as well . Even when you go inside the lift it smelled like drainage !!! We talked to the reception many times so that we could talk to the manager and everytime they were bringing up excuses. During the night we couldn't sleep because there were a lot of noise !!!! Never again !!!!!!!

Friendly staff and comfortable location to move around, but very dirty and NOISY! I stayed there for 6 nights, and these are the Pros and Cons. PROS - Central Location for you to move around easisly. CONS - NOISY AS NOISY IT CAN BE (I did not manage to sleep for 6 nights even staying on the last floor). It is over a TAXI place, and noises of shouting people, honking cars and traffic will keep awake all night!!! -DIRTY - 6 nights at the hotel and NEVER EVER by bathrooms was cleaned, nor the floor vacuumed. More than once I had to check towels as they had strange spots on them. -Dirty rooms - I arrived and my room Was dirty, the bed was used and full of long black hair and a spot of brown/dark material on the floor and the bedsheets. - LATE BREAKFAST- breakfast does.l not start before 8:00 am (and if you go by that time the poor lady cooking the breakfast would have not had enough time to cook eggs). If you are in Istanbul on a business trip , you want to be able to have an early breakfast and leave for your meetings Very disappointed…I trusted the reviews but to be honest I should have not.

What I loved in this hotel are the following: Good customer service. Good air condition. High security. Nice terrace view. What I didn't love : High prices for one night comparing to the hotel quality. Rooms are very small. Very annoying location. The assansor (elevator) is risky.

I cancelled immediately upon arrival because the room was much too cold and too small for 2 people. But I immediately paid 250 euros to the accommodation. But not a single person stayed there. ******* should know that the receptionist charged 270 euros270
