Located near Istiklal Street in Istanbul, this small hotel is situated in a very busy and noisy area, especially at night. The rooms are not only small but also extremely dirty. They lack basic amenities, including plastic slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and soap. The breakfast offered is subpar and does not meet the expectations for a real 4-star hotel, offering only 4-5 items such as sausage, potatoes, and eggs. Furthermore, the staff were unfriendly. Despite its high score of 8 on the Booking site, this hotel is unsuitable for guests. The blankets, pillows, furniture, and curtains were the dirtiest I have ever seen. Overall, the hotel resembles a low-level hostel more than a 4-star hotel.It is very dirty and not worth choosing.

The sheets were not clean and the toilet water pipe was clogged. The breakfast was different from the picture. There were no towels in the rooms. In total, the hotel was not more than 3 stars. Can't believe it! I just can't believe it, it's scam! Don't trust the reviews on google and booking It seems these are all fabricated! Sleeping at night is just a joke! You can't sleep in this hotel! Windows are not sound proof at all, can't believe they build room in emergency exit hall, and just near breakfast salon! Imagine you open the door and see everyone are eating breakfast! 5 times a day it's like you live in a mosque Just stay away from this hotel!

Very good and cozy hotel just for sleeping during the night time with polite and helpful staff. Excellent location with easy and fast access to all around the Istanbul via public transport. All kind of foods and drinks are available very close to the hotel (1 to 10 min.) in famous walking street of Istanbul.

Δίπλα από την Istiklal σε ένα μικρό και βρώμικο δρομάκι βρίσκεται το ξενοδοχείο. Μικρό ξενοδοχείο με μικρά δωμάτια . Η reception στενή, τίποτα ιδιαίτερο, και οι υπαλληλοι εκεί, παρά την καλή διάθεση, δε μπορούσαν να εξυπηρετήσουν αρκετά γιατί δεν γνωρίζουν αγγλικά. Χαμογελαστοί πάντως. Το βράδυ από το θόρυβο και τους μεθυσμένους δυσκολεύεσαι να κοιμηθείς. Η καθαριότητα καλή αλλά όλα οριακά στο δωμάτιο. Το μόνο θετικό ήταν το πρωινό. Καλύτερα να κλείσετε σε γειτονική περιοχή κοντά στο nippon hotel, point hotel, ramaza hotel... είναι πιο ήσυχα και καθαρά.
