The staff here truly care about their customers. I love their customer relationship manager Tülay, their reception boys Ozan and Daniel, and the cleaning lady Emdom, they were the warmest staff I ever had during my four month global trip. The hotel is new, modern and clean. I don’t really enjoy the breakfast too much. Too little vegetables and fruits options. But with this budget, probably this is the most price effective stay for any business or tourism traveler here, still some improvements on details. I love this place in general. Recommended.

Amazing hotel, very clean and comfortable , the staff were very friendly and helpful and kind, good price, give u free drink , warm welcome when you check in , I really recommend who don’t smoke ,

Breakfast is a typical Turkish breakfast, and Chinese people may not be used to it! But still good for me (good value for money) The attitude of the waiter is very good. In fact, most hotels in Turkey have good service attitude (except for the cheap ones). European and American hotels cannot compare with Turkey in this regard. The waiter's English is not very good, but it does not affect communication (the Chinese are also two-pronged in English) ) There is a gym on the first floor of the hotel. It is not big but the equipment is new and complete. It is very friendly to people like me who exercise regularly. We are a family of three, and the double bed room we stayed in temporarily added a sofa bed for a child (seven years old) at no additional charge. The hotel is close to the bay, and nearby (about a seven-minute walk) there is a park similar to "Window of the World" (miniature models of all Turkey's famous landscapes)! It takes about 120 TL to take a taxi to the Tower Restaurant and 230 TL to Sofia Church. There is a bus station near the hotel, but if you don’t understand Turkish, it is not recommended to take it.

The hotel is very new and allows check-out at 2 o'clock, which is good. However, the decoration smells very strong and the cars on the main road outside the window are very noisy. Overall, it is not recommended to stay here.

The room was clean. The environment is also good. The dinner on the first floor of the hotel is also good. The guy at the front desk is also very enthusiastic and will help with renting etc.

There is a beach just outside the door, which is a nice walk.

Stayed here on a business trip to attend a conference. It can be inconvenient because it is a bit far from tourist attractions, but it was very convenient because it was close to the conference hall. All of the hotel staff were friendly and answered our questions well. In particular, the Turkish brunch served in the morning had a lot of variety and was very tasty. Both coffee and tea were good.

The rooms were excellent and the view of the junior suite was also incredible! Their restaurant H&lime serves the best chocolate ive ever had (its all made from scratch) and overall, the staff was very kind and showed the best hospitality throughout :)

The hotel is great, good infrastructure for working people. Very good service at the reception, especially gentlemen Kumsal and Selin are nice. And the design is beautiful. I would like to say a special thanks to Aydin who is a great receptionist. He extended our room even though the hotel was fully booked.

The staff couldn't be kinder or more helpful, the reception staff were so informative and kind, and the valet were friendly and prompt. The cleaning staff went above and beyond to keep us comfortable. The only "negative" we can think of is that on our first night we were given a room that had a tiny toilet/shower that was only seperated from the sleeping room by a thin folding door (literally arms length from the bed). This might not bother somw people but we didnt like the lack of privacy and asked to be moved rooms, and the staff arranged this for us quickly and without a fuss. Id advise if youre traveling as a couple to check the room description thouroughly and ask for a room with seperate bathroom. The prices are reasonable for all rooms so it shouldnt dissuade you from choosing this hotel. There are nice cafes and restaurants within walking difference as well as a park/lake, and the food served at the hotel is lovely and good value for money. We would stay here again!

A brand new hotel good energy committed staff (friendly) the manager has brought the world to this hotel. Rooms clean the housecleaning ironed my shirt and didn't want to receive a tip rare. Breakfast was really an experience would certainly not miss it warm sandwiches and coffee or tea with many varieties. Hope they keep this hotel know what they are doing

Excellent service and quality, the designs of the rooms are very stylish... Also, during check-in, the front desk team shared with us the information that it is the first antiviral hotel in Turkey and how the system works in detail. The employees are very interested and polite, we will come again...
