I used to like this hotel for its comfort and cleanliness. in the hall ways have carpets and nice cosy light but rooms used to be much better. There are no more shampoos, stuff is not nice trying to defend themselves.
I still love fresh air from the huge windows but I don’t think I may stay here again as it’s price raised and quality dropped.

When I was about to go to bed, I lifted the quilt and found that the sheets were dirty and there were some hairs, and I was seriously disgusted. Later, after talking to the front desk, I changed the room directly, but I always felt that it was not clean.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a hotel !!! Ayhan is the best!!! He needs a raise, he gave me the royal treatment and made me feel really comfortable. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was great as well I couldn’t ask for a better stay. When you stay here ask for Ayhan, he’s the best!!

Nothing but excellent service from all the staff, especially at the front desk. They were very courteous and helped me out in many situations and I often felt like they above and beyond their scope of work to ensure I was taken care of. I forgot a personal item and they kept it safely and made sure I received it in the same condition that I left it. This really meant a lot. I would recommend staying here and I would also stay again. Thanks guys.
