We are very satisfied with the hotel and mostly with hotel management, long story short goes like this. We were coming from the airport, tired and when we checked in at the hotel Ercan Sekercan explained every single detail how to get around the city, what was fair to pay for some services and what was more impressive was when we asked for some restaurants and he personally took us to three different places and waited until he make sure we were happy. This is above and beyond customer service. This hotel has a great location, it's under price and many food choices close by. We are from USA.

my girlfriends bank card got lost in to a bank cash machine or maybe stolen, this sweet man helped us with everything to get it back and walked with us to the centre from one side to the other side, tried everything to get it back and try try get a solution, this man deserves everything (Ercan) he is so hospistable. The room was also clean and good, normally they clean after 3 days, but we only stayed for 3 nights so he cleaned our room everyday Kind regards, Celine and winay from Holland :)
