First, about the advantages, the photos on the website correspond, the bed is high, comfortable, there is air conditioning, a hairdryer, cleaning every day, slippers are also changed every day, some rooms have a safe, a kettle, for breakfast there were always three or four types of sausage, two types of cheese, eggs, fried eggplants, peppers, also pickled peppers, butter, chocolate spread, five types of jam, tea, coffee, milk, white bread, buns, rolls of cottage cheese, cereal can be prepared for children, pillows with milk, can be heated upon request in the microwave, the staff is friendly, they understand Russian, they will tell you how to get where, Now about the minuses, it’s impossible to find a hotel without a transfer, especially if it’s your first time in Istanbul, you waited at the airport for about an hour, the driver didn’t speak Russian, he drove at the hotels, left us on the next street, showed “you there.” As a result, we spent about twenty minutes looking for a hotel, and given that there are hotels at every turn, no one will tell you where exactly your hotel is. We ordered two standard rooms, we weren’t on the same floor, one room was on the 3rd floor, and the second was on minus 2, and on minus 2 it smelled of damp and the windows looked out onto some kind of dirty courtyard littered with garbage, it was dark in the corridor and in the room too, as if in the basement, I think that the room on the minus second floor cannot be standard, we refused this room and moved to the third floor in the economy room, now what is the difference between these two rooms - nothing, only in that the window in the economy room opens onto the corridor, the standard room had a view of the sea, the safe and kettle were in the economy, it wasn’t in the standard, I didn’t quite like the artificial flowers yet, but maybe that’s how they do it there, in general, I recommend the hotel, even a very good hotel for three stars, yes, also regarding the transfer, they told us at the reception that I left it in an unknown place, so when we were checking out, they picked us up almost from the hotel, dropped the geolocation (it’s just that not every car can drive up to this hotel)

The management and the hotel are terrible. The room had baseboards to put in, the bed was not made any day, the toilet leaked water every time you flushed the toilet... We asked the day before we left for a taxi to come and get us, since the hotel reception was giving this service. Well, instead of the taxi waiting for us, we had to wait for it for 20 minutes. A hotel not at all recommended and those who manage it go through everything

Hotel located in a good location in the center of Istanbul, unfortunately the service is not the best. Very poor hygiene, unclean sheets and towels, stained toilet paper, bathroom without window and room without a support point. The bedroom window looked out onto the window of the building opposite, as there are no shutters you were forced to always close the curtains, resulting in a dark and poorly ventilated room. Guys at the reception friendly but poorly trained. We asked for disinfectant but were told "We don't have it... It's out of stock." Very comfortable bed

A nice, quiet, clean place, very close to the places of interest in Istanbul, the Hagia Sophia Mosque. Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar. The guys at the reception are always attentive and willing to explain any concerns.

Of course, I have seen worse hotels, but this one is certainly below the plinth. Firstly, we paid for a hotel for 4 people, paid in advance (we specifically chose a hotel for 2 adults + 2 children). On the day of check-in, there were allegedly no such rooms, they showed a room in which it would be cramped even for two (does not match the photos when they booked and paid). At the reception they offered apartments instead of a hotel, when I saw them, I did not immediately understand that these were apartments, it looked more like a homeless person. I freaked out and demanded to check us into a hotel. As a result, we were settled in another hotel building, which stupidly does not have a lobby, on the first floor we had to jump over the dirty linen of the hotel, which, by the way, was lying around the clock, the towels in the room were changed only when we demanded it, the room was not cleaned. For some reason, it was stuffy in the room all the time (although it was cool outside), and it was damp all the time, even the smell of dampness, mold, etc. attended. I bought into the reviews in ***********. The bar is specific. I do not advise. The only plus is the location. PS. In the photo, the view from the window (in principle, this is the view of many hotels in the area), thanks to the fact that the window was normal, in another room the window was hung with some kind of green dark mesh through which daylight did not pass. I am also attaching photos of the hotel and the building in which we were settled (the same hotel belongs to it) and a photo of the entrance group with linen.

The normal double rooms are very small and although they have windows they are dark with no views. The beds are also small and our towels have been changed once in 6 days. However, it is very clean and the staff is friendly. I would recommend booking a triple room for 2 people. The room is a little larger and has more clarity. The hotel is located on a steep slope that is not suitable for seniors or people with health problems. If you don't mind climbing hills, the hotel is recommended due to its geographical location close to all places of interest. To all this we must also take into account the economic price paid for the rooms.

This hotel is close to mosques and the city's main attractions, but is dirty, noisy and lacks maintenance. We have a room for three people. It was pretty and consistent with the photos we saw on the site. Unfortunately, we quickly became disillusioned and had to note the following points which made the stay horrible: - Cleaning was not done even once during the three-day stay - The toilet board no longer held, and mold was present in the shower. - The shower hardware was loose and I had to reassemble it myself - Neither the sheets nor the bath towels were changed during the entire stay - The air conditioning ran for a few minutes before break down for the rest of the stay - Sound insulation is very poor we heard conversations in the other rooms, as well as noise from the street caused in particular by the reception staff chatting loudly below the window of our room - The mattresses were smashed and it was impossible to sleep on them. This point was mentioned to staff but no action was taken. We had to unfold the sofa bed and sleep in it - The breakfast which costs five euros per person does not match the photos at all. We had no fruit, no vegetables, or any other appetizing dishes shown in the hotel photos, only slices of baguette, a little cheese and a tiny bit of cold meats with hard-boiled eggs. For drinks, we only had instant coffee or tea. No fruit juice was offered. The complaints we made to staff went unheeded, no action was taken to correct them. In summary, don't be fooled by the great breakfast photos and avoid this place

Выбирали отель в районе Султанахмет, чтобы было близко до трамвая и исторического центра. Пересмотрели множество разных, прочитали кучу отзывов - где-то плесень, где-то хамит персонал. Выбрали этот и не пожалели. Очень уютный отельчик, чистый. Вай Фай уверенный. Белье и полотенца белоснежные. Нам сделали апгрейд стандартного номера до апартаментов - в честь дня рождения. Было Очень приятно! Кондиционеры работают на тепло и это весьма кстати, в холодные дни. Завтрак это варёные яйца, огурцы-помидоры, несколько сыров, омлет с колбасой. Плюс джемы, хлопья, хлеб. Кофемашина стоит в лобби. Я всегда вожу с собой термокружку и кофе, завариваю кипятком и завтракаю со своим. Отдельная благодарность управляющему по имени Хамза, который любезно отвечал на наши вопросы из серии «как пройти», помог мне отправить посылку внутри Турции. Он говорит по русски, это очень облегчало коммуникации. Если из отеля выйти направо и наверх, будет небольшой мини-маркет с продуктами. А если налево и вниз с горки, то попадёшь на улицу с кафе, лавками и сувенирами. В марте -апреле берите с собой куртки (бывает ветрено) и дождевики. Расплачивались везде наличными, курс был 18,80-19 лир за доллар.

Yorumlarına ve konumuna göre iyi olduğunu düşünerek 14 şubatta eşimle gitmek için yer ayırttığım bu yere deprem dolayısıyla gidemeyeceğim için iptal ettirmek istediğimi belirttim. Ancak bu insanlar vicdansız resmen bu deprem günlerinde önce beni oyaladılar sonra da iptal edemeyeceklerini ve iade yapamayacaklarını söylediler. Benim gidemediğim odaya da eminim ki başkasını alacaklar. Gerçekten rezilsiniz. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Böyle insanlara para kazandırmamak lazım. Ben bu parayı kolay kazanmadım ve günübirlik ayarladığım bir şeyi sırf keyifleri yüzünden iptal etmiyorlar. Ne diyeyim Allah’a havale ediyorum.
