We stayed at Bram Hotel for four nights in October. If you're looking for a place that is close to the main sights (Blue mosque is minutes away), gives you relatively larger rooms per $$ (as compared to square footage in other hotels in that area), includes an excellent breakfast, is super neat and tidy, comes with a cute terrace, and has amazing hosts then this is the place for you. It is minimal, functional and there are hints of Dutch sensibility throughout the property. Nothing was too much for Ali and Tarkan, they will sit and patiently plan your day with you, offer you an Istanbulkart to use, recommend restaurants nearby. I don't know if they ever sleep - we arrived at the hotel past 1 AM and Ali welcome us like family. Also, Ali is the mirror image of Saul Berenson (Homeland). If we had to suggest anything, it would be to provide an in-room tea/ coffee set up, and to include moisturizer in the toiletries provided. Neither however was a deal breaker. There was Turkish tea always available in the lobby and coffee too.
