The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and are a decent size for families. The only let down was there was no microwave. Near the hotel are some shops and restaurants which is convenient.

our visit to Istanbul was due to a serious illness in the family and this hotel was chosen for us by the hospital as it is close by and a minibus is provided. The room was a studio with lounge, dining area and basic kitchen as well as a bathroom with washing machine. Be prepared for street noise especially buses who sound their horn every time they stop Breakfast was a plate with a mixture of sweet and savoury including fruit. we wasted most if it and asked for just fresh fruit and honey. This was supplied without any problems. A buffet appeared after a few days with three dishes. They seem good if that was your taste. There is a limited menu for dinner but we enjoyed sharing the steak and chips and a salad. Staff are very helpful. Hotel is in a residential area and not near any green spaces or tourist sites.

Rezervasyon olmasına rağmen yerimizi başkasına satmışlar. Çok kaba saba tarzları var. Yakınındaki başka bir otele gittik (la quinta) aradaki farkı gördük. Şunu belirteyim istanbul için kötü puanlama getiren bu kurumların olması üzücü.

Outside temperature was 5C but the heating didn't work. The room was so cold that next morning i got up with a throat ache. Sound insulation of the windows was very bad. You hear the passing cars as they are a few meters away even when the windows are closed. There were leakage in the shower. After the shower the bathroom were flooded. The staff was impolite. They spoke with us with "thou" instead of "you". For couples they ask for marriage certificate. We had it but they reject the validity of your certificate for dummy reasons. I strongly recommend NOT TO STAY in this hotel. Better pay 10-15 $ more and stay in a proper place.

If you want to stay a little bit away (20-25km) away from downtown this is the place to live.
nice cozy suite with excellent staff, if you rent a car just drop the keys to the front they will park and bring as needed (the best thing). there is all sort of shops and small market on footsteps.
Will definitely come back.
