Better than the previous hotel! But this look really can't be considered a hotel, it can only be a small nest for staying. It feels like a rental house.

This is a very nice hotel for the price. The room is larger than other hotels nearby.
One downside is that it smells a bit like cigarettes. They say it's a non-smoking room, but it looks like someone is secretly smoking in the room.

N'y allez surtout pas. C'est un hôtel qui n'en est pas un. Il est dangereux, il y a des fuites d'eau, les escaliers sont dangereux. Le personnel n'y est pour rien mais ils ne vous aident pas. Il manquait une couette, et ils nous ont fournis une couette sale. Franchement, ne regardez pas les faux avis sur Google, ils essayent de faire venir les gens.

The most terrible hotel we have been to in Turkey and Istanbul. 1. Poor location from public transport, taxis cannot stop right outside the hotel 2. Terrible rooms. Wooden windows from which there is blowing from all the cracks. In December, the temperature in the room is the same as outside. The air conditioner for heating did not work, the staff promised that the battery would work, it didn’t work, they changed the room, everything is the same here 3. Narrow spiral staircase, impossible to climb with suitcases and children 4. Poor breakfast. The semi-basement room floods the tables when it rains. There are no cleaning staff. Great staff, very helpful. Great value for the money paid, in a great location but did have to climb a quite steep hill to reach main area of Istanbul, although only 15 minutes walks with very nice restaurants and atmosphere around. Very clean hotel with decent breakfast, very enjoyable stay.

It was dirty and they didn't take good care of us, despite it being 7:00 p.m. they didn't have the room ready, we left, we came back 3 hours later and it was still not there, I went into the reception to get my clothes and took the duvet **** used and we were left without a duvet, terrible!
