The hotel is very good. It's a bit old. Others are pretty good. It's in the city center, very close to the scenic spots, the transportation is developed, and the breakfast is pretty good. The service is also very good, perfect for family.

Amazing staff and location. The staff and super friendly and accommodating and the family room is clean and spacious. We were offered breakfast for free as it wasn’t included in our reservation.

Hotel maravilhoso, confortável, excelente localização, a poucos metros do metrô e trem de superfície, conseguimos ir a pé para as principais atrações e facilmente para as distante com transporte público. Café da manhã farto e variado. Os funcionários são excepcionais. Nos trataram super bem, e foram muito meigos com minha bebê que ganhou até uma bolsa de brinquedos. Se eu voltar em Istambul com certeza ficarei lá novamente!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist einfach top, die Tram ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt , man kann aber auch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Personal immer nett und hilfsbereit bei sämtlichen Anliegen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse ist toll und reichhaltig und man hat einen Blick auf den Bosporus. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert. Wir würden wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as most important places can be reached on foot. Additionally, the service mindset is outstanding. They provided a special room setup for our honeymoon trip.
