The shower room floor drain was broken. Before going to bed, the shower water overflowed outside, and my shoes and clothes were all wet. I called the hotel to tell them, but the hotel did not give a reasonable solution. There was no apology or explanation throughout the process. They just asked the maintenance worker to fix it and the waiter to clean up. They came in and out in the middle of the night without considering the customer's feelings. We asked to change to another room, but they were still reluctant. Finally, they gave me an extra bed room. I spent 4,500 to sleep on a very small extra bed. The room was not soundproofed at all. There was a lot of noise from cars on the road outside. The waiter would not take the initiative to take the luggage. It was not worth the price at all. The overall experience was very bad. Beware of thunder.

The hotel room was beautiful but different from the promotional photos. For example, there seemed to be a bathtub in the photos, but we encountered an ordinary shower with the shower cabin system you know. The efficiency with hot water in the bathroom is poor. Beautiful hotel and surroundings. The infinity pool and view from spa was superb. Restaurants were delicious and the food was of a high standard. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The spa was sadly out of order, so didn't got to experience the Turkish steam room and sauna.

Very nice property and beautifully designed. A stunning remodel of waterfront mansions. The service was not quite what one would expect from a six senses property and predominantly seem to be run by a very young and possibly inexperienced staff. Because I was here during April a couple of the restaurants were closed unfortunately. There are five venues in the hotel however I was only able to have lunch in a small café on my arrival?? Did have a great dinner at the Spanish restaurant. The layout of the property is a bit deceiving online per the photos and maps as the grass and spa area are quite a ways away from the main buildings up at the top of the hill and require a buggy ride but once there a lovely spot with great views. The manager was open to hearing some criticisms regarding staff and service. Hopefully they can work on their service prior to the busy travel period of the year.

We ate at the hotel's own Cafe restaurant. The food was cold, tasteless and bland. It was difficult to catch the waiter. At one point, they shouted loudly at each other inside the cafe. At one point, for some reason they turned on incredibly loud music. When we asked the female staff passing by, would they close it, they said they would close it soon anyway, without even bothering to stop. We asked for a glass of water twice and it was not delivered. Bad food, rude and incompetent staff unfortunately.
