The place was clean and the people running the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and had decent furniture. However, the ceiling height was quite low, making the room somewhat claustrophobic Also, there was no proper shower in the bathroom.
This hotel had five floors and we were given a room on the fifth floor. There was no elevator in the property and we were shocked and horrified to see that the stairs had no railings at all! it was really scary and dangerous to climb the stairs.

3Arkadas kaldik (kalmaz olaydik) Son zamanlarda kaldigim oteller arasinda en kötüsüydü. 5gece de bir kere bile temizlenmedi hersey bozuktu kimsenin umrunda degil. Havalandirma cami dahi yoktu resmen hastalandik havasizliktan. Hijyen sifirdi. Oraya 3 yildizi verenin allah bin belasini versin!!! Dünyada tek otel kalsa disarda bank da yatarim daha iyi.!

Mood Hotel in Kadıköy are is terrible. Very dirty, very small hotel, the personal isn't friendly, every step they can asking money. This is unsafe hotel. The worst hotel. All items in hotel is broken.
