A piece of advice for every traveler to Turkey, especially families ⚠️ I do not recommend staying at this hotel; my experience was very bad. The service was subpar, and I had to ask for the air conditioner to be fixed for over 4 days until I discovered that the remote control was kept at the reception and not with the guest. As for breakfast, it was very poor; the same dishes were repeated day after day, and the cleanliness was not good. I found flies in the food, and I will attach photos to clarify. I hope every traveler researches well before booking and doesn't waste their vacation at this hotel.

Staff are helpful and friendly.
Stored the luggage before checked in time and after checked out time for free.
Close to bus station and several restaurants around.

Expectation versus reality was a big letdown. The room seemed okay at first glance, but the torn bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers) was just awful. We asked to change the sheet in the evening, and they brought a single sheet instead of a double, so we had to make do. They did change it to a double the next day, but the pillowcases were still torn. The towels were worn out, but at least they were changed daily. The breakfast shown in the hotel's pictures might have been accurate at some point, but now, the only fruits available were oranges and apples. There were no pastries at all, just bread. No meat whatsoever, apart from sausages a couple of times during our 8-day stay. For the main dish, there was omelet, French fries, and vegetables a couple of times. The only positive was the reception staff; they were always helpful and polite. The hotel's location is good, close to a shopping mall, metro, and cafes.

The location is good, about a 10-minute walk from Osmanbey metro station, and there's a currency exchange nearby with a good rate. You can also find delicious breakfasts and bureks there. The hotel staff are friendly. The breakfasts are very filling, with lots of different options to choose from. Towels were changed daily. The only downside is that the cleaning wasn't very thorough. And once, we spotted a cockroach 😬 Since this was towards the end of our stay, we didn't want to ruin our vacation. If it weren't for these couple of minor issues, everything else was good.

I want to commend the reception staff, who were always accommodating. As for the downsides, the fire alarm went off once, the soundproofing is very poor, and the cleaning service is just a name. They didn't change the bed linen once in a week, and the sheet even had a hole in it 😢. On the huge plus side, the breakfast is amazing. The chefs are simply fantastic. Very tasty and filling, you won't leave hungry. The atmosphere is also very friendly.

Terrible hotel experience — I do not recommend staying here at all.
There is absolutely no privacy. The staff and reception entered the room without permission. After only one hour from check-in, while I was taking a shower, I was shocked to find a man and a woman from the hotel inside my room claiming they needed to fix the central air conditioning. It was a horrible and very uncomfortable situation.
The room was terrible, with humidity and a very bad smell everywhere. The bathroom was extremely poor, and the water had too much limestone and chlorine.
The breakfast was awful and nothing like the pictures. Low quality and honestly not suitable for human use.
The service was very bad, especially from the staff speaking Turkish and Arabic.
The cleaning team was careless and unprofessional.
