De kamer was echt super mooi, daar geef ik zeker 5* voor. Het was super netjes, schoon en erg mooi ingericht. De lobby was niet zo mooi en het ontbijt is echt super slecht! Niet te eten..

7.Eylül tarihinde giriş yapacağım otele girişte ücreti peşin istemesi sebebiyle yanımda nakit para olmadığı, şirket personeli olduğumu, nakit ödeme yapmak için 1-2 saat süre istediğimi kartla çekimde faturayı kullanamadığımı anlatmama rağmen beni odaya çıkartmayan, eksik hizmet anlayışıyla şuan nakit paranın gelmesini beklediğim ve kafesinde çay içmek durumunda olduğum bir işletmeyi yorumlamadan geçmeyeceğim.

Şu an otel odasından yazıyorum. Dışarısı 10 derece . Isıtma çalışmıyor. Klimalar sadece soğuğa ayarlıymış. İnce bir pike sermişler. Yorgan yada battaniye istedik oda yok. Üşüyoruz dedik resepsiyon görevlisi ne yapayım dedi. İlginç bir otel gerçekten. Kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum. Bu fiyata hizmet ve müşteri memnuniyeti sıfır gerçekten. Bir daha mı asla.

Hotellet är bra men ligger långt ifrån centrum i Umraniya och en bit busshållplatsen och Metron.
Man får förlita sig på taxin för att ta sig från och till.

Following a shaky start, possibly due to miscommunication, I have a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and try their hardest to be accommodating. This hotel is a hidden gem. I would recommend short stays at this hotel.
