7h30 pour le petit déjeuner trop tardif, personnel nombreux , peu qualifié et ne parlant pas anglais, pareil à l'accueil, repas du soir peu varié , plein de copains autour de personnel qui nous collent et rigolent de nous...
Personne ne parle anglais en Turquie, c'est un vrai problème et cela explique le peu de touristes en dehors d'Istanboul...

Breakfast options could be better , excellent pool (depth and temperature) , not many bars or pubs in the area , yellow taxi app is a must , staff helpful but don’t really speak English, except the reception worker in the evenings he was great , overall very happy with stay!

This Hotel is part of a sports location with soccer, tennis, swimming pool and gymnastics. You can also book massages. So you might hear the soccer field. There is a large, fenced of parking, which is helpful if you have a car. My room smelled a bit damp, but was overall ok. Design was nice.

I stayed for two days. Everything was g***t good. However, since it was a pool, there was a smell of the pool and also the towels smelled a little. Other than that, everything is perfect.

Hotel is completely separated from all sports facilities which we found very strange.
Was wedding 1 evening when the restaurant was closed to eat. Reception did not want to call home delivery for us, we were just tourists after all. Every day if you have been out of the hotel, only activate the hotel room.
We left on Saturday at 9:30 am towards the airport, we were informed at 8:30 am, sorry breakfast is at 9 am. If you are in the breakfast room, they just walk away. So all together heavy. Hygiene was fine.

Despite of solving the problems, it was after straggling and many disturbing waiting, arguments hours, still lots of stuff missing from the room as service like tissue box, safe box is locked (they can’t open it)

Hotel com boa infraestrutura e bom atendimento. Quarto confortável, porem o ponto negativo é o cheiro de cigarro no quarto. Para os brasileiros estranha o fato de no café da manhã ter apenas chá preto e água para beber (não tem café!!!), mas as opções de comida são boas.
