Alle Hotelmitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Insbesondere der Hotelbesitzer. Er hatte immer eine gute Antwort auf meine Fragen und war sehr hilfsbereit. Ich werde dieses Hotel nochmal besuchen und meinen Freunden weiterempfehlen.

They want extra money for cleaning. If you dont accept, they shout at you, they threaten you and verbally and physically abusing you. Even their looks are judgemental from first step. Big regrets. Not worth it when there are lots of good, calm, friendly hotel nearby.

Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Americans: when I showed up to the property at 6pm they had one single person working in the entire hotel and he didn’t speak English. I was given a dirty room with unwashed bedding and without a “sea view” which I paid for. Additionally there was a huge hole in the wall with exposed wiring. I tried explaining all this to the man and he began getting hostile while barely understanding my concerns. I didn’t feel safe around him and had to leave the hotel and book elsewhere the same night! I fast paced walked down the street as the single employee followed me out! TERRIBLE PLACE. Plenty of nice hotel in the area!

Отличное месторасположение: рядом Босфор, Галатская башня и все достопримечательности. Номера небольшие, но чистые и новые. Каждый день была уборка и прекрасный турецкий кофе! Отдельная благодарность персоналу за отзывчивость и помощь.

В этом отеле понравилось абсолютно всё! Вкусные сытные завтраки, персонал варит замечательный кофе по-турецки. Номера убираются и полотенца меняются каждый день. Но это очень сухо и коротко об этом отеле, он заслуживает больших похвал. Особенно персонал! Если хочется почувствовать настоящую заботу - обязательно остановитесь в этом месте! Сама выбирала отель по отзывам и не ошиблась. Наш номер был с балконом и видом на бухту Золотой Рог. Так приятного вечером наслаждаться шикарным видом ночного Стамбула, отражающегося в воде! Галатская башня - одна из главных достопримечательностей - буквально за углом, а там и улица Истикляль, по которой можно дойти до площади Таксим. В другой стороне, на берегу много рыбных ресторанов и сам "рыбный мост". Но самое главное - персонал! Это очень приятные ребята, которые любят свой город, свой отель и готовы помочь вам во всём: трансфер, организация экскурсий. Они не услужливые, а именно заботливые. Я искренне желаю им развития бизнеса и процветания!

Odalar çok çok küçük olmasına rağmen temizdi. Oda küçük olmasina rağmen banyosu genişti. Resepsiyonist ilgiliydi. Konum olarak merkezi bir konumda. Fiyat performans olarak memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ederiz.

Seul point noir de notre séjour fut l’hôtel, on redoutait le moment de rentrer le soir car on ne se reposait pas: ça puait la cigarette dans les chambres, matelas pas confortable et court (je fais 1m70 ), trop de bruit la nuit car situé sur une route.
Petit dej tres basique qu’on a pris qu’une fois malgré qu’on ait payé la totalité a l’arrivée.
Personnel sympathique, a l’écoute et très réactif
