The Samil Hotel I booked was closed, probably due to renovation, and when I asked someone nearby, they showed me another hotel. It's a terrible business practice to take reservations and redirect them to other hotels when the hotel is closed. Is this even acceptable? I recommend you check trip.com. It was a very disappointing experience. Don't ever book with them again!

The futon had small insects and dust on it and didn't feel clean. There was hot water. The location is right in the middle of the tourist area, so I'm satisfied with the location as I only need a place to sleep when I'm traveling alone. The reception at the front desk is normal. The hotel was as expected given the price.
