I had Worst Experience of my Life Staying at this Hotel Hotel Bonne Sante Even Free , this Hotel is Expensive The So Called Boss of the Hotel is Even Worst i strongly Suggest /advice People Specially Foreign Guest/travelers Not to Choose this Hotel for your Stay , This Hotel is Very Unsafe , Staff had the worst attitude ,very unprofessional , Worst Services Last not the least if you get robbed in Taksim Square Remember it will was preplanned from Bonne Sante Be aware

it was very bad experience because they give us 25 meters room for 7 guys
5 adult and 2 kids
there was not Enough space just for luggage’s no closed

The hotel is in a central location. You can’t missed it Close to all amenities and main monuments for sightseeing. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Special thank you to Yunus.Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.

Ok room but they really need to fix their breakfast, there is not so much for options and very little of everything. The staff is helpful and the location pretty good if you want to be close to everything. Many shops and restaurants nearby very crowded area.

Zum zweiten Mal in Folge verbrachte ich meine Ferien im Bonne Sante, und erneut wurden meine Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Vom reibungslosen Zimmerwechsel ohne Diskussion bis zum erstklassigen Service des Personals - in diesem Hotel wird der Gast wie ein König behandelt. Ich werde nie wieder in einem anderen Hotel in Istanbul meine Ferien verbringen! Die Lage ist einfach erstklassig, direkt am Taksim-Platz. Die Zimmer sind makellos, und der Rund-um-die-Uhr-Rezeptionsservice ist äußerst hilfreich. Ein besonderer Dank gebührt Herrn Hasan: Er ist ein außergewöhnlich herzlicher Mensch, der alles unternommen hat, um uns glücklich zu machen. Er sagte nie nein, setzte sich mit enormem Engagement für uns ein und begleitete uns ständig, um sicherzustellen, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Viele Hotels in Istanbul könnten sich eine Scheibe von der herausragenden Mitarbeiterbetreuung im Bonne Sante abschneiden. Ich habe bereits mehrere Male in verschiedenen Hotels in Istanbul übernachtet, aber keines kam an das Bonne Sante heran. Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmals!
