I had Worst Experience of my Life Staying at this Hotel Hotel Bonne Sante Even Free , this Hotel is Expensive The So Called Boss of the Hotel is Even Worst i strongly Suggest /advice People Specially Foreign Guest/travelers Not to Choose this Hotel for your Stay , This Hotel is Very Unsafe , Staff had the worst attitude ,very unprofessional , Worst Services Last not the least if you get robbed in Taksim Square Remember it will was preplanned from Bonne Sante Be aware

Отличное месторасположение, в самом начале Истикляль, рядом с метро. Приветливый персонал, женщина с кухни очень милая, видно что завтраки готовит с душой. Большой номер и веранда, вид на центральную улицу. Не понравилось · Веранда что называется ожидание-реальность. Грязная, без цветов и подушек, попросили протереть и положить подушки-сказали ок, по итогу не сделали ничего. Заселились,обнаружили что на 3 человек положили 2 тапок и 2 комплекта полотенец, попросили все это донести и часа в 2 дня ушли гулять. Приходим вечером, ничего не изменилось, попросили опять, на что нам сказали что персонал уже ушел и вы их получите только завтра. Менеджер конечно очень извинялся, но нас 3 девушек, и вытираться одним полотенцем просто негигиенично. Ванная течет, на полу была просто лужа, кран брызжет, крышка унитаза сломана и постоянно сползает, плинтуса приклеены скотчем, в джакузи мы даже не зашли ни разу-оно грязное. На соседней крыше стоит огромный генератор, который включается утром и гул от него очень громкий, даже с закрытыми окнами. Для кого то это мелочи, но из них складывается впечатление. Были в другом отеле этой же категории и все было идеально. Если такие вещи вам не важны, то месторасположение отлично их компенсирует, но мы в следующий раз выберем другой отель.

The hotel is in a central location. You can’t missed it Close to all amenities and main monuments for sightseeing. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Special thank you to Yunus.Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.

Ok room but they really need to fix their breakfast, there is not so much for options and very little of everything. The staff is helpful and the location pretty good if you want to be close to everything. Many shops and restaurants nearby very crowded area.
