It is a top 3-star hotel. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping service of the hotel and the behavior of the staff were very good. The self-service breakfast had good quality and variety. The location of the hotel is excellent and access to the metro station is only 10 minutes. Distance to Esteghlal St. 10 minutes

The heating system of the room given to me was faulty, the air conditioner was broken, it was not working, I told the staff about 3 times, they said they would fix it, but nothing changed, I had to stay in that freezing room on the first day. When I went down to the reception, I witnessed other customers complaining about the same thing and even arguing with the staff. On the second day, we were given another room, the room was so dirty, there were insects crawling around in the places, the rooms are already very old, they only had a single elevator, it could barely fit 2 people and it was always busy. Definitely not worth the money you pay, I do not recommend it to anyone

DO NOT TRUST THE PICS ! The hotel is nothing like this. The rooms are really small and the dining room is nothing like in the pics . Besides , the curtains were dirty, we found a spider in them and the room smelled dusty . But the worst is that the team is highly unprofessional. We stayed for 7 days and on our last day the receptionist exhibited impolite and unprofessional behavior. We had settled our payment on themorning, but when we attempted to leave in the afternoon, they refused to let us go and even closed the door on us. The man accused us of not paying and adamantly refused to engage in a discussion or listen to our explanations. His tone was aggressive, and he was literally yelling. It's important to note that we were not the only ones who had problems with this hotel. On the same day, other travelers encountered similar issues. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. There are certainly better options available nearby.

Elan Hotel, which we went to the metro for our 5-day Istanbul holiday, is a completely disgraceful place, except for the interest and friendliness of its staff. When we woke up in the morning in our first room, we were transferred to another room due to the ceiling spillage and water flow. But the room given was also below average. A hotel that needs to be sealed and demolished. It has the capacity to be destroyed in an earthquake of 3 magnitude. He who loves and thinks about himself and his family should not go or send him.

Great Location - Polite and caring staff - The price is more reasonable than other Hotels - Good breakfast - It was like I was in my own house- Most importantly, the owner of the hotel was very friendly and kind and often visited the hotel to take care of matters😊

The worst hotel that I ever seen 1- The reception was so rude 2- The room was very small 3- The restroom fan was broken 4- There wasn't any safe box in room 5- The bathroom water cut off sometimes 6- There was lack of variety in breakfast everyday

Uphill area, opposite to Soho house but I had better views of ocean from my room than Soho.Cabd at times had difficulty finding the area but thankfully it is near Shishane metro station,shishane2 busstop and across the road Shishane 1. Bed is a bit too soft. Rooms are cosy. Wow view and windows open though an annoying drummer group that charged itself at dusk downstairs can be annoying.Loads of good eats and supermarket few steps closer but not suitable for families with stroller as area needs slot of hiking which I enjoyed. Istiklal street ,cafes 2 minutes away. They got a night manager who is pleasant and bell boy helpful. Front desk manager in the morning is not very welcoming though. And he made a mistake with my room without even checking the catagory of booking.Upon my complain he said the ocean view catagory was full. Half and hour later the bell boy quickly arranged my desired room n helped me shift which was prompt.
Overall it was a very pleasant stay.Fridge,coffee maker n coffee supplies in room n a mini bar.Breakfast is ample but only between 8to10Am.
