這家酒店不是很理想，房間很陳舊，室內空氣味道不好，酒店服務很一般，網絡可以説幾乎沒有，早餐種類還可以，整個酒店不是很理想，不建議住。

Ho soggiornato 3 notti ,Albergo vecchio, fermo agli anni 80/90...cuscini altissimi e duri come il marmo, cervicale garantita....la mia camera era situata vicino un motore che ha funzionato tutte le notti...la TV da solo canali Turchi e stranieri...ma canali italiani non c'è traccia... colazione inclusa....ma lascia stare...vai al Bar....il tutto organizzato da una presunta Clinica con FALSO Dottor SAMET ERGEN -( da controlli effettuati NON È UN DOTTORE!!!) ELITISTABUL...PESSIMA ESPERIENZA....FUGGITE !!!

i have ask for invoice since one month and they havent send it to me yet.They tell me different excuses all the time but they dont send me the invoice i need for my company.booking has also call them but nothing.

Seule l’entrée et correcte maquillée de dorure le reste est très moyen ! Hygiène médiocre personnel désagréable petit déjeuner très limité non conforme au prix réglé bruit de machines et de ventilation toute la nuit moustiques ++

hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses 4 etoiles. chambres avec tapisserie déchirée et recollée avec du scotch. pommeau de douche rouillé , joint de la douche moisi. Évacuations d’eau bouchées. le personnel est non chaland, désagréable, et impoli. petit dejeuner : machine à cafe éteinte tout le long des services, cafe soluble à la place, le reste des aliments relève du recyclage. Fuite d’eau au niveau de la réception avec des sceaux. Ménage fait à l’arrache, quand le personnel le fait à 16h quand on était dans la chambre. On a dit leur dire plusieurs fois pour qu’il le fasse. Murs de la chambre humide du côté de la douche.

På bilder ser hoteller nytt ut men den er ikke det i virkeligheten. Renhold er grei men luftkvaliteten i rommene er dårlig. Aircondition i rommene er også veldig dårlig. Sengene er ikke gode å ligge i. De har ikke noe parkering for gjestene sine, vi måtte parkere bilen i gata og en mann som hevdet han jobbet som vale i hoteller krevde penger. Hotellet er i tillegg fult av arabere.
