Horrible to run away from. The photos are misleading. Do not leave a deposit. It is scandalous to leave these offers on your platforms. The mattresses are disgusting. Istanbul and those who visit it deserve better. Even low-cost hotels are 5 stars in comparison. No hygiene. And photos that do not conform to reality.

I decide to rely on EDREAMS to take a week's holiday in Istanbul and when choosing a flight and hotel I have the unfortunate idea of ​​choosing this den of criminals by trusting the partners chosen by the search engine mentioned above and by the convenient price, not looking (unfortunately) the reviews off the site.. But I'll get to the point: having arrived at my destination at around midnight, I enter this dilapidated structure and at the reception (full of cellophane-wrapped packages containing various goods of dubious origin, I later discovered in the days to come...) I come "welcomed" by two people that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy but, up to this point, the situation doesn't scare me.. I tell them I have a reservation and after consulting with each other in Turkish they tell me that they don't know anything.. Imagine the panic at this moment and, to all this, they add that if they don't find the reservation I will have to pay every day I stay there... So, they do me the favor of giving me a room until the next morning. Let me start by saying that my reservation included a room with a double bed and a view of the city. When they show me the room I lose the last strength I had left after the trip (photo attached) the room was very hot, smelly and visibly dirty but, at that time , what other solutions did I have in a city unknown to me?? The following day, I decide to immediately write to edreams who replies via operator that... "it is absolutely (I would have liked to write more) my business and that they can't do anything about it.. But how???!!!! ! I paid you, you act as an intermediary between me and the structure, take my money... And you can't do anything about it???!!! Be ashamed or repent of the choice of partners!!! From the next day where they fortunately find the reservation, the real joke begins.. Later, tomorrow, in half an hour, as soon as the manager arrives (one of the shady individuals from the previous evening)... We will change the room.. Room that has never been changed if not for one evening giving me another one with a broken air conditioner that looked like a crematorium.. So much so that I went back to the dilapidated one where the only thing that worked was that.. The room was cleaned only once in the entire "stay" not to call it a nigh**are.. In all this I believe that they hosted a lot of male ************ (man to man) for me it doesn't create any problems beyond the annoying noises and I believe given the fast comings and goings also *********ing.. Both prohibited in Turkey .. Returning to the room: mold everywhere, smelly, dirty, sheets stained with anything .. I think I've gone on too much (and there would still be many more) but really, try NOT TO CHOOSE EDREAMS and this place called HOTEL (not I can explain the reason for the name) so you will avoid wasting money and ruining what should be your relaxation and your well-deserved holidays. The worst hotel I have ever seen I came I am given a room where the air conditioning does not work after several requests to change rooms I am given another room with dirty sheets no WiFi. To top it all off, I made a deposit of $50 for a night's stay when I returned the next day, my room was not made up and I was told that check out is 1 p.m. so I didn't vacate the room. until 4 p.m. so I have no more money there and I am told this with a disinterested air. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel industry is not for everyone and this hotel is a typical example of lack of professionalism and stupidity. 😡😡 So disgusted with people who sully this noble profession 😤😤

The most horrible place we have ever seen in our lives. I would not recommend anyone to book a room here. This is not a hotel, this is a barn and a slum. Starting from the conditions and ending with the staff - everything is at zero. All rooms are dirty, stink, no service, sheets not washed, blankets with pillows and mattresses are very dirty and old with burnt holes from cigarettes and urine stains. Everything in this hotel stinks. Shower with toilet and sink oddly built in 1m². It turns out that when taking a shower - all the water goes to the sink and toilet. This is sheer horror. Hot water problems, terrible conditions. The photo is not true. It is impossible to live in this barn. When booking, we indicated one room, but when checking in, they give a completely different one. When we settled for three people, they gave us not a triple room, but a double room! Oh God. They refuse to return the money and laugh in the face. It is useless to call the police, because they are at one with them. The area is noisy, dangerous, dirty and extremely inconvenient. It is impossible to sleep at night, very noisy. All in all, don't stay here.
