Ho passato sei notti in questo hotel col mio ragazzo e possiamo ritenerci entrambi soddisfatti. Per arrivarci abbiamo dovuto affrontare qualche salita un po’ pesante, ma in fin dei conti Istanbul è caratterizzata da queste infinite salite e discese. Hotel abbastanza pulito e moderno. Personale gentilissimo e sempre molto disponibile. Colazione abbastanza abbondante, anche se un po’ ripetitiva. Posizione abbastanza centrale, 5 minuti a piedi da Ayasofya.

Magnifique!!! Personnel aux petits soins. Jolie chambre ménage fait chaque jours et serviettes changer chaque jour. Petit déjeuner complet et s’il manque quelque chose m, il suffit de le demander. Un petit coup de fil pour avoir de l’eau qui est sans supplément et à volonté sans compter sur les nombreux thé et café offert lors de mon séjour. Tout était parfait (il y avait beaucoup d’enfants lors de mon séjour donc un peu de nuisance sonore mais je ne peux en vouloir à personnes) Une mention spéciale pour Uktu et hassan à la réception qui ont été de vrais guide touristique, ils m’ont aider pour Tout ! Pour le ménage et le petit déjeuner Gul était parfaite ! A refaire !!!!

Overall horrible experience and I am shocked to see the type
Of great rating they have that made me book this property in the first place. The hotel rooms are not equipped for comfort. The refrigerators don’t work, there is no room service, they don’t even have a coffee table in some rooms, the bathrooms are small old and uncomfortable, and you can hear running water all night from the toilet! This place looks nothing like on the pictures from the website. The area around the hotel is chaotic without sidewalks and a bunch of empty construction sites. Not worth the location or the money that I have spent! I will be filing a complaint and asking for my money back.

The worst experience.Basically nothing works in hotel,super small bathroom,no shelves for soap or anything In shower.
In some rooms window glass is broken,in some room fridge is not working. WF is turning off.Light is turning off for few ours …breakfast is not good.don’t recommend to anyone.
