It was a great experience.
All the hotel staffs were very helpful. Mr Chem and Mr Hassan including the other reception staffs were accommodating and they gave directions and other tips regarding the local life.
I will definitely stay there again

Tout est bien sauf le Menage qui est bâclé, on ne plis pas vos habits on vous les range pas , et surtout parfois j ai du demander qu on vienne faire le ménage sinon on vient pas , pas de Netflix dans les chambres , le petit déjeuner oubliez le , mieux vaut prendre sans , sinon l

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel, malgré le bon accueil, les chambres spacieuses, un bel hôtel avec rooftop pour le petit déjeuner, j’ai choisi de mettre 3 étoiles. Effectivement, nous avons eu vue sur un mur, l’escalier que nous empruntions quotidiennement n’a jamais été aspiré (et n’avais pas été aspiré depuis plusieurs jours), l’eau de la douche était tiède et la télévision n’a pas fonctionné pour un problème de connection dans l’hôtel (même si nous n’étions pas la pour la regarder). Je pense que pour un hôtel 4*, les points négatifs mentionnés ne devrait pas exister.
Cela reste un bel hôtel avec un personnel agréable.

Bom hotel, porém as fotos enganam. Quarto muito pequeno. Ainda mais que sou cliente Gold, esperava um up grade de quarto. Banheiro ruim, sem nenhuma acústica, pequeno e apresentando defeitos (chuveiro estragado, papeleira caindo, cortina caindo...).

We had an excellent stay at the Ferman Port hotel. The staff were wonderful! So polite and friendly. Kerem was lovely, always greeting us and helped us with our baggage. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of variety and great views of the Bosphours. Rooms were clean and kept in good condition. Would definitely be staying here again. Only issue we had was the water was leaking from the shower onto the bathroom floor. Other than that, an excellent stay!
