Newly refurbished. Clean rooms spacious bathroom. As you’d expect anywhere in Turkey, Attentive staff.
If you’re an environmentalist then don’t stay here as everything from the toilet paper to the towels are in plastic packaging ready for you to open up and use.
The standard mould/dew smell in the bathroom but this is a building code issue in Turkey as waterproofing is not a requirement.

We booked a suite and another double room
The hotel is not wow compared to price only because of the location but the main problem is the rooms bathrooms was always making bad smells and the shower’s leaking all the time and we asked for changing rooms but unfortunately there was no change or solution

A hotel with a unique location for Nişantaşı. If you have business in Nişantaşı, this is the only place I would recommend. In terms of price performance ***et is good. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and convenient. The bed is comfortable. We had a TV internet connection problem, the reception took care of it immediately. I advise.

Location is great, easy to find local and international resturants, shopping street 2-3 mins away, bus/metro station 5 mins away. Room was cleaned and had necessary essentials. Excellent customer service provided by Cem and Esmael throughout my stay. Overall this hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Nisantasi.

5 gün ailemizle 2. Kat / 2105 odasında konakladık. Öncelikle sakın birşey unu**ayın vermiyorlar! Attık gibi saçma bir bahane var. Büyük terbiyesizlik 24 saat dahi bekle**eden a**ak. İnsanız birşey unut**k çok normal!!Arapların yaptığı gürültüden uyuyamadık! Bebek yatağı kalmamış! Reception Çalışanları çok kibar ve yardımcı. Güvenlik de aynı şekilde. Banyo suyunu dışarı verdiği için sürekli banyo tabanı kabin dışı sulu kaldı, koku yapıyordu. Oda temizliği 15:00 dan önce yapılmıyor ki bazen 17:00 civarında dinlenmeye geldiyseniz odanız kirli kalacak çok geç yapıyorlar ve güler yüz veya ricaya cevap asla yok. Bağırıyor "temizlik istiyormusun?" Terbiyesizlik tamamen housekeeping. Konumu çok güzel evet ama verdiğimiz fiyatı da düşününce , bir oda servisi olmaması üzücü. Biz eksikliğini çok hissettik. Bu otelde bütün oteller gibi Arap misafirler ile doluydu. Sanırım artık oteller de Türk göremeyeceğiz.
