All within walking distance from major mosques. It is located near the port, where you can use the ferry and walk across the bridge to the new city.
I get hot water for the shower!
Breakfast is also fulfilling!
Anyway, the location of the hotel is great!

The main bonus of the hotel is the quiet street located around the corner from Sirkeci train station and metro station. That is, everything is nearby, but quiet. The room is small, there is air conditioning for heat, but the hot water is limited (check how long it lasts so that the second one does not have to wait an hour for a new portion to heat up).
There is a kettle, a refrigerator in the closet (we didn’t find it right away) with a couple of bottles of water, tea leaves, soap, gel, shampoo, cotton swabs, and caps in the bathroom. There is a safe.
Breakfast is quite good, plentiful, from 8 to 10. Beautiful view of the city from the terrace.
The disadvantages include the following:
- It would be nice to have a hanger at the entrance so as not to shake jackets across the room;
- The Internet crashes all the time.

Located no more than 150m from Sirkeci tram stop on the useful T1 line: Spice Bazaar, Eminonu ferry terminal, Galata Bridge within 10 min walk, Sultanahmet attractions 2 tram stops. Reception staff very helpful, although language skills varied by individual. We were upgraded to a slightly larger corner room, helpful for our larger than normal baggage. Comfortable, large bed, spacious bathroom, adjustable heating, wifi excellent. Included breakfast, served in a pleasant 5th floor terrace, a nice bonus. Mostly Turkish but plenty of choice, with additional dishes to order at a cost (nobody ever did). Note there are no facilities apart from rooms, breakfast, reception, but no problem as there are plenty of cafés, restaurants, bars nearby. Highly recommended.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La camera (ultimo piano con ampio terrazzino) piccola ma dotata dell'indispensabile (frigo, A/C, TV , phon) e soprattutto pulita! Cambio di asciugamani giornaliero. Colazione salata al mattino compresa nel prezzo e Yusef è sempre stato veramente gentile e disponibile. Ci sono però tre pecche.... di poco conto però: 1. Per trovarlo ci abbiamo messo 40 minuti girandoci intorno dato che il nome dell' albergo è scritto sulla tenda da sole ma quest' ultima è montata al contrario quindi non è visibile la scritta (per tale motivo allego la foto dell'ingresso almeno è riconoscibile). 2. Bagno piccolo ok ma dopo la doccia resta umido e bagnato per terra per tutta la notte. 3. Non viene fornito sapone per doccia ma solo un unico dispenser che serve sia per la doccia che per il lavandino. Vicino a 15 metri c'è una piazza piena di ristoranti. Poco più lontano diversi forni, negozi, self service, pasticcerie, punto di assistenza per telefono e a 20 minuti di cammino ci sono la moschea blu, Santa Sofia e la basilica cisterna.

I highly recommend this hotel ! Excellent location where you can go to visit the most popular places/sites in Istanbul very easily. The rooms also are very clean . The staff are very kind and helpful. Delicious breakfast with a big variety of food everyday.

I loved the location of this property.. 3 min walk to spice market and likewise ferries, trams etc. the breakfast had a good mix of food and the staff pleasant. It was mostly quiet at night.. some of the guests inside were noisy which the hotel has no contol. I would stay here again
