This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in Good location only 4 minutes walking to forum Istanbul mall and the metro station I recommend this place for people who want shop, relax and good coffee shops nearby

The room is very clean, the view outside the window, the staff are very friendly, there is a large supermarket next to it, the transportation is very convenient, there are a lot of delicious food around, the client company is nearby, it is the best choice for business trips

It is a 7-minute walk from the subway station. It is in a relatively quiet location. The room is clean and tidy. There are several local Turkish cafes at the door where you can have breakfast. We forgot to collect our passports after checking in, but the staff sent them to our room. Thank you very much.

The decoration is very new, the service is very good, and the location is also good. There is Forum Mall nearby, and there are many restaurants and shopping malls such as Carrefour and KFC. The environment is a bit noisy, there is a tram nearby.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, just a few minutes' walk. It is about half an hour away from the old city and Bazaar subway. There is a shopping mall around the hotel, which is quite convenient. I stayed for 2 nights, the room was not cleaned one day, otherwise it was fine.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the metro, so easy to get around Istanbul. The rooms are clean and airy as the website shows. The reception staff could be more helpful, I am a seasoned traveller but I was made feel an inconvenience. The opposite is true for the staff in the cafe, pleasant, welcoming and helpful. Very good service, excellent food, great atmosphere, they made our stay very enjoyable.

I picked this hotel for the Turkish airlines stopover offer based on great reviews, but unfortunately, there was what appears to be a typing mistake in the “Stopover hotel reservation form” provided to me by the Turkish airlines. Even though the front-desk staff could see that I indeed had a reservation, he still refused to let me check-in because of an extremely obvious error with the timings and told me to “take it up with the Turkish airlines” instead. The front-desk staff acted more like a primitive AI that takes everything extremely literally and by the book than a context-aware human being who is there to help the customers precisely during these kinds of circumstances. As a result, I had to pay on the spot for a room. I can’t shake the feeling that I was taken advantage of instead of being offered any help. I would never book a room in this hotel again because I would be worried about being made to pay for every single mistake and error that can occur during or after booking, check-in and check-out even though I may not even be at fault. The hotel staff do not seem to care.

Lovely hotel very helpfull and friendly staff . Plker in the cafe was great 👍 Food in the cafe was excellent and a great welcoming feeling. Started our holiday there and had dinner and drinks on our last night brillint hotel and excellent staff . ( beer , countreau and sprite 👍)
