種族歧視，建議大家不要訂。
説明：
2024年5月1日入住，包早餐，5月2日吃早餐過程中遇到種族歧視。當時我要了一杯土耳其茶，服務員沒有放化糖用的小勺子（別桌客人的有放，但我這杯沒放，標準動作，但不糾結，就當她忘記了），後我到吧枱去要小勺子，服務員臉色一黑，在手邊拿了一個小勺子，直接扔在吧枱上，勺子一蹦一跳的滑到我面前，然後她微笑的去服務別的白人客人，當時那畫面真的夢迴十八世紀。我在吃早餐的時候，要了一個煎雞蛋，但過了十幾分鍾也沒給我上，我後面來的白人的煎雞蛋都上了，後來我又催了一次，她説兩分鐘，但實際一直沒上，但我觀察別桌的煎雞蛋正常上。我確認遇到種族歧視了，但沒有去和她理論，最後早餐吃好離開也沒有給我上那份煎雞蛋。
護照已經換過一本，英語可商務交流，我確認遇到種族歧視。
ps：還遇到一件奇葩事，我在房間沒找到吹風機，讓前台幫忙看下，room service來了，敲了一下門，我正準備去開門，結果room service在敲門之後幾秒鐘，直接刷卡開門，當時還好我裹着一個浴巾，我老婆在洗手間洗澡，真的大無語。

地理位置優越 可以步行至加拉太塔 大橋。離電車T1站很近 可以暢遊各地景點 離碼頭也近能夠搭船到亞洲區。通過旅館附近的纜車 可以快速直達獨立大街。
衛生及設施都很新 服務人員親切 是一個很好的旅館

The location was really convenient. It is walking distance to the Galata tower and the itsikil street. The tram station T2 is also located walking distance to connect to other parts of Istanbul. One down side to this is that it could be quite noisy as it is in a very busy street. One commendable thing is the good service by the staff working there. You can leave your luggage at the reception if you arrive early or need to go off later.

Azzap hotel is een heel net hotel met een top locatie centraal in Istanbul! Het zit in een gebied met veel gezellige restaurants en je loopt zo de brug over naar de populaire toeristen attracties. De staff is ontzettend aardig en heel behulpzaam. Daarnaast word het ontbijt geserveerd op hun dakterras met waanzinnig uitzicht over de Bosporus en de bekende moskeeën, waar je ook gezellig een drankje kan doen ‘s avonds!
