We booked three nights, one night with Ctrip, and there was no room available for the next booking, so we booked two nights with Qunar. After arriving at the hotel, we were told that the two nights with Qunar were cancelled. I was petrified on the spot, without any notice, and there was no big deal. All the nearby rooms were fully booked. It was strange that we called Qunar customer service but they didn’t know the reason. Fortunately, the owner of the store was there at the time, and he solved the room for us for the next two days and comforted us when we were at a loss. When we were in a foreign country, the most fearful thing was to encounter such an emergency. Therefore, Ctrip was still reliable, although it was more expensive, I would never go to Qunar in the future! Here, I would like to thank the owner of the hotel for his warm hospitality and proper arrangements. The room was spacious, very close to the Blue Mosque, with a superior location, and it was also good to watch the sunset.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and is walking distance from all the main attraction like Sultanahmet Square, Hagia Sophia and many others. They serve a delicious Turkish breakfast as well and the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff were also very accommodating and helpful

The hotel is located in a great position.Within waking distance of the main attractions .We were given a warm and informative welcome from the reception team. The room was smaller than expected but was clean and tidy and the bed had a good mattress which is important. Our room was cleaned daily and toiletries replenished daily which was unexpected at this price range.Bottled water was offered for free if required. The hotel has a restaurant attached. Breakfast was buffet style,but there was a very good selection of cold meats,cheeses,cereals and a small selection of hot food.Semih and Bunyamin were always on hand to assist in any requests.Both spoke good English and had good knowledge of the local area. The only negative I have is the rooms have thin dividing walls. If you happen to have inconsiderate guests next door as we did for 2 nights then this may be an issue. Once they had left it was fine. The hotel is not five star luxury and doesn’t pretend to be.What it offers is everything guests expect from this price point. In summary we were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our four night stay. Would recommend.

My trip was fantastic, hotel was great, location is very good.Room was cleaned every day, breakfast was tasty and staff were helpful. Receptrionist Rashad was very helful and lovely guy .He was ready 24/7 for helping us❤️ thank you very much🫶

The staff is very attentive and the hotel is clean.
It does not have an elevator, but when you travel with heavy luggage the hotel guys are ready to help you. Breakfast is always the same and the variety is little, although it tastes very good.

Мы отдыхали в конце марта и остались очень довольны. Ребята на ресепшен встретили с чаем и соком, быстро провели регистрацию и оплату номера. Так же нам предоставили бумажную карту Стамбула с кратким рассказом о достопримечательностях, которые мы можем посетить. Персонал говорит на английском, немецком, грузинском и турецком языках. Отличное месторасположение, в пешей доступности достопримечательности города, набережная, мини-маркеты, а также станция метро и остановка трамвая. Номер уютный, в нем есть все необходимое, включая мини-бар (платно), а также чай, кофе, сахар и сливки в большом количестве. Постельное белье поменяли через 5 суток проживания. Гигиенические принадлежности пополнялись по необходимости. Уборка номера качественная. Завтрак всегда свежий, горячий и каждый найдет, что выбрать. Посадочных мест достаточно, время завтрака с 8 до 10. Если персонал видит, что закончилось какое-то блюдо, то всегда его докладывают, чтобы был полный ассортимент. Весь персонал отеля очень отзывчивый, встречают с улыбкой и готовы помочь по всем вопросам. Очень довольны отдыхом, расположением отеля и обслуживанием!
