Dont expect much , the room is very small and decent , lack of customer service ( same like all turkey), location is the best cos next to taksim metro and istiklal street and food places nearby , if you can efford a bit more there are many better options near by

The English at the counter was not good. The bathroom in my room was very small. The toilet was still leaking even though it was full. The toilet lid was loose and the water barrier door was also loose.
There were only 2 super large bath towels and no foot towels, which made the floor wet and slippery after bathing. The notification counter didn't even come up to take a look.

The room is very dirty, dust and dirt in one word. It smells terrible of smoking. Totally disgusting. The bathroom is so narrow that, excuse me, you sit sideways on the toilet. I don't recommend it to anyone. A very bad option. Owner if you are reading this. This is your bread. Keep an eye on your hotel. You can't treat guests like that!!!
