The 9.5k room didn't even have a welcome fruit...

The room I arranged at the beginning was close to the roadside, and the next day I changed to the one next to the strait. It is very good. I will stay in the hotel and restaurant next time. The a**osphere in the evening is very good, and the breakfast is very good. It is as expected and is in charge of us. The butler is very nice, great guy

Stayed here for 3 nights in December at the tail end of our trip to the middle east. We stayed in 2 connecting rooms utilizing the family rate which basically gets you the second room at 50%. The rooms were immaculate. The breakfast spread was extensive. I did try out a hammam treatment that was very unique and enjoyable. We also had drinks at night along with hookah on the terrace on the bosphorous. Overall a very enjoyable experience

Neues Hotel mit sehr guten Restaurants abseits vom grossen Trubel! Sehr schöne kleine Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Bosphorus. Als Überraschung für den Geburtstag meiner Frau, fanden wir das Zimmer mit Luftballons und kleinen Kuchen mit Karte vor - Dankeschön! Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Hotel Manager empfangen sowie von seinem Team. Als Welcome Getränk wurden uns Champagner & Jus offeriert. Das Mittagessen im Italiener war sehr gut, jedoch mit gesalzenen Preisen. Der Service entsprach nicht dem Hause! Den Geburtstag zelebrierten wir im Restaurant Novikof. Das Essen wie auch der Service entsprach einem Luxus-Hotel. Die gewünschten Pancakes für meinen Sohn zu erhalten, war wie eine Weltreise! Schade, die Service Crew macht Arbeit nach Vorschrift, was einem solchen Hause nicht entsprechen kann. Es geht auch nicht um den Preis, sondern um das Wohlergehen der Gäste!
