The 9.5k room didn't even have a welcome fruit...
There was a fat staff member who was very friendly
Some staff at the front desk were negligent

The room I arranged at the beginning was close to the roadside, and the next day I changed to the one next to the strait. It is very good. I will stay in the hotel and restaurant next time. The a**osphere in the evening is very good, and the breakfast is very good. It is as expected and is in charge of us. The butler is very nice, great guy

Our stay at the Mandarin was absolutely perfect 😁 this hotel is a dream, from the location to the service, especially Özer who was fantastic in catering to our every need. I recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul. Will definitely return in the near future ❤️

It is a very stylish hotel. The hotel rooms have a magnificent view. I would definitely recommend Olea, an Italian restaurant with many alternatives for breakfast and lunch and dinner. I hope we will have the chance to stay again soon, thank you very much.
