Service was good! Unfortunately for a 5-star hotel it is very old-fashioned and the facilities are very old and inadequate. Our room was very small, you couldn't move around properly. The location was quite central. Overall for the price, I wouldn't come back.

İstanbul Beyoğlu bölgesinde çok uzun yıllardır olmayan ama çok iyi ilerdegini duyduğum ve farklı&gösterişli bina mimari ile beğenilen bir otel. Otelin bir yanında Vize Merkezi, diğer bir yanında üniversite olması ve binasında ki Starbucks seçenekleri olumlu yanları.

Very nice hotel , with very helpful staff, the hotel is near to most interesting places, room are clean and the food is over average,shuffle by s all the day , the spa ( morocanbath amazing) Wonderful experience over all 🥰 I definitely advise to stay in Cher hotel again

This is a beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. The moment I walked in, I was greeted like I was an old friend. The front desk was very nice and accommodating. The restaurant food was delicious. The morning breakfast was also delicious with an incredible choice of food. I want to acknowledge that everyone in every department was very nice and helpful. Housekeeping was great. The morning breakfast crew was amazing. The restaurant staff was marvelous. My compliments to the chef because the food was so incredibly delicious. The owner and managers of this hotel should be proud of their staff. I was given the best customer service from everyone with outstanding professionalism. I love Istanbul and I will return. Good job Cher Hotel and thank you for your outstanding service.

Otel çok temiz ve rahat bir otel bunun ötesinde kapıdaki personelden tutun resepsiyon personeli özellikle misafir iliskileri sorumlusu hanımefendi ve diger sorumlular sürekli ilgilenip güler yüzü ile kalbimizi fethettiler. İlk defa geldim çok beğendim bundan sonra hiç bir yere bakmadan bu oteli tercih edecem ve tavsiye edecem. Bizler kıbrıstan geldik çok arkadasimiz istanbula gelmekte oldugundan böyle bir nezih otelden faydalanmalarını tavsiye edecem. Özellikle dilan hanimefendi işini severek yapan bir sorumlu oldugundan özellikle kendilerine teşekkür ediyorum. Tum kalacak insanlara taavsiye ederim.

It was a great experience, very nice, luxurious and clean rooms, the staff is amazing and very helpful especially bedirhan who responded to all our needs. The room service is very responsive and kind we had a lot of late night meals and they were all excellent. There is a very nice free to access pool and a spa
