It's the only hotel I always prefer. It makes you feel like you're at home. The breakfast, the design of the rooms, the ambience, everything is very nice. ✨

I looked at a lot of rooms and thought their hotel was really good and the cleaning staff were very knowledgeable. We wanted to change rooms. The price was lower than the room type. The staff at the front desk said we could stay in this room without changing rooms. They are very good at doing things and very nice.

I travelled with my mother for her birthday and stayed at this hotel for a night. I am delighted that we chose this one among the numerous in the area. The staff are lovely, polite and helpful. The hotel itself is modern and eye-pleasing. Our room was absolutely clean and comfortable. The room decorations (wall mirrors, tables, TV, bathroom etc.) are also minimally modern and eye-catching. And above all, the breakfast was exceptional. Diverse in colours and tastes, spending our only morning in Istanbul in Melas Hotel's restaurant was a delight. Recommended most definitely!

Tesis e girişten itibaren samimi ve güler yüzlü personeller karşılıyor. Mimari olarak çok detaylı çalışılmış bir proje. Odalar çok temiz ve kullanışlı. Kahvaltı bölümü lobi katında. Çok çeşitli kahvaltı seçenekleri mevcut. İlgili personel. Taze, lezzetli ve güzel sunumlu ürünler.

The hotel is very good with it’s team and the staff is helpfull about everything you need. The service is 5 star, cleaning, breakfast, guest service, this is not my first time and not will be the last. We are very happy to choose this hotel anytime we visit Istanbul, best management and the service to the guests.
